I hope so. I mean, they might have her get extra time for assaulting someone, but maybe she does get cleared of the other charges. Of course, she may technically still be guilty of conspiracy to some degree since she knew about it and falsely confessed to aspects she had nothing to do with.
On the other hand, I'm now worried the lawyer may find his bread is buttered by sticking with the son. Especially if he too comes to the conclusion he had his own father killed. Or maybe he'll decide the company, and therefore his position, is better off with Sun in charge. I hadn't thought about that but am now really interested to see how it plays out.
Honestly, they can't leave her permanently in prison, so I guess the brother will eventually face justice.
Not sure if the lawyer ethics are different in Korea, so no idea. The lawyer sounded enthusiastic when getting her to sign the documents, but he seemed a lazy yes-man at the bail hearing. Not even pushing for house arrest?

Its also possible that Sun might have to break out of jail to help the other Sensates and her brother plotline will be put on hold for awhile.
I don't think that something like house arrest exists in China.
Sun lives in South Korea. And house arrest almost definitely exists there. China too

"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Sad, seeing as Sun has such an amazing apartment. House arrest me in that any day!
And here I present Baby Is Three:
Synposis from The Other Wiki. I knew I'd seen the concept somewhere before. Nice to see another take on it.
All night at the computer, cuz people ain't that great. I keep to myself so I won't be a case on The First 48Sense8 season 2 confirmed!

Was so excited when I heard the news. Can't wait for the return of the show.
FUCK TO THE YES
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.EEE! Can they get off the damn boat now? I NEED Sun and Wolfgang to talk.

Yey! Season 2! I think the pace is gonna pick up a bit in Season 2. There's a whole psychic-harvesting government agency they have to try to take down (or at least avoid) and a lot of it is probably gonna be based around Will and Riley trying to hide from them and probably the sense8s meeting up maybe. Or maybe they wont meet face to face until the last season, to keep themselves safer or something like that. Am I the only one dreading something bad happening to Capheus all season one? Almost every time we see him the odds are stacked against him and he's in imminent danger. I don't want any of them to die but Capheus's situations were very dire almost all the time. Hope we find out more about the sensates and their powers and stuff because it's all still pretty blurry. Do you think they'll get more powers like telekinesis and stuff?
Not sure about more powers, but would be interesting to see them draw on more than one person's skills at once. Felt like they could only channel one at a time, at least to me.
Agree on Capheus and his situations. One of the things that makes me think he might be the biggest badass on the show. Even Wolfgang took a freaking RPG to deal with his family. Capheus went after two carloads of armed thieves with nothing but a bus, determination, and guts. He then proceeds to kick butt with a crowbar before getting saved by Sun stepping in. And later, when he had to get the backpack back and wasn't able to channel Sun, he still chased down the thieves unarmed. Amazing and terrifying.

...is there a trope for "sinister/menacing hospital of doom" because I'm watching the fourth episode and holy sh't, I mean, you don't tell your patient you're going to lobotomize them right to their face, do you?
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!There are times the other Sense8s doubleteam to help someone else. Like Nomi channeling Sun's fighting while Will telegraphed what the cops would do.

Just passed the penis episode. Never thought I'd call an episode that, but yeah, that happened.
I get the vibe this is the sort of show start shit about on tumblr.
"The Spirit of Van Damme" will be my gamertag from now on.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Just finished it. Loved it. There were problems, but not many.
Didn't like the sex scenes, but I never like sex scenes. At least they were mostly plot-relevant. I think the only one that wasn't important to the plot was Wolfgang and the Turkish girl.
At first it felt like they were taking too long getting together. I know, they don't understand their powers yet and all that, but even by the end of the season, a couple of them hadn't spoken to another, one on one. I think Lito was probably the worst about this (which makes sense, given his self-centered nature), but Kala and Vandamn had a similar problem. Sun also tended to just get called in to beat up the bad guys. She didn't really talk to anyone much, except I think for Riley.
Speaking of Riley, I'm one hundred percent in favor of her being The Heart of the cluster, but I think she should have been getting facetime with all of them sooner, maybe even being the first other one most of them see (or at least talk to). Just like how Vandamn instinctively calls Will when he needs to shoot or Sun when he needs to fight, everyone else should be calling Riley whenever they have an emotional problem. I feel like I'm not describing this very well.
Kind of hated Jonas explaining the differences between humans and sensates. Not the chromosome thing; the definition of "species" is blurry, so while one chromosome normally wouldn't be enough to draw the line, the abilities they have make the case more arguable. The problem I had was that Jonas claims that humans keep secrets and kill people, even though the Big Bad of the series is a sensate who is keeping secrets and killing people. I mean, maybe he has a human boss, but Jonas gives no indication that Whispers has been "corrupted" by humanity or anything like that. It just kinda comes out of nowhere.
Liked the subversion of Will as the hero. Sure, he's heroic enough, but his skills are completely irrelevant in the climax. He just serves as a vessel for his clustermates. Literally any one of them could have done his job; he was just the one who could get there easiest. Plus it seems he's going to spend at least a bit of the early parts of the second season unconscious because he's a liability awake. That's definitely not normally something that happens to the hero.
Does anyone know when the second season is due? I know it was confirmed.
Filming doesn't start 'til March 2016. So we still have a while.
I binged the whole thing Wednesday. Officially in my top 5 favorite shows.

Childbirth episode.
On one hand, neat, all that symbolism to what each Sensate would be like later.
On the other hand, eugh, that made my stomach clench.
ART.
Lito and Wolfgang teaming up was great. My favorite Sensate hook-up thus far.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I was more shocked even Netflix let them get away with that.
"You can reply to this Message!"Yeah, I was grossed out too, but art and all that.
Netflix has pretty lax standards on what they can show. They're sort of like HBO, not really beholden to anyone. They have ratings, but they're self-applied.
Its the miracle of birth :P
"You can reply to this Message!"
/Filmcast was talking about it; one of the critics laughed that the plot was all over the place, but by the end it didn't bother him because it seemed a lot more about the emotions and character interactions.
But can they all kill Jonas next? That dude shady and gives terrible advice.
Also, I need more Lito and Wolfgang bro moments. I fistpumped so hard when Wolfie-as-Lito told Joachim he wasn't finished.
Question—so will Sun's lawyer just dump all the info her dad gave him? She signed something. Not sure if that'll come back.
