That's a good idea, seeing as how some of the characters can detect those with Metatron (including mine) and it'll keep me, at least, from asking every time I meet an established character that I don't know.
Mine are Omega, Alpha, ANKO, and MIKI. (Nanohman too, but I don't use that character any more. She was only ever AU and she's just too dark. Not fun to play.)

...So, what you're saying is that my less serious characters would have a favorite food?
What I'm saying is that having a character eating onscreen is often indicative of a less serious character, especially if it's a cliché snack food like pizza. With one known exception. (And no, it's not Kyoko and pocky.)
"We can handle what is true, for we are already living it."Aw. Well, now that I think about it Daydre isn't exactly the most serious character.
off the shitsI still don't see the connection between "eating" and "less serious character".
Well, that's not even true, since it makes sense for long-term Arena denizens to, you know, need to eat... it's more having a character randomly get out food and start eating often shows them to be less serious... unless it's a Pass the Popcorn gag...
"We can handle what is true, for we are already living it."I will freely admit to having pulled a Pass the Popcorn with my joke character (the hunter who uses cinnamon text). That was mostly because I felt like playing an uncaring asshole at the time, but still.

Though Pass the Popcorn makes sense, (current avatar) Cross isn't a less serious character and he once got out a jar of....food, and ate some.
Then again, it was because he had nothing else to do.
Nevermind, I guess it does make some sense, depending on the circumstances. Especially if it's in the middle of a fight.
So... listing my Metatron characters.
There is Eris, Alderoth, and Zeta on the good guy's side.
Nocturnis... is, well, ambiguous.
Gamma and Epsilon are currently the only Metatron-using nutjobs I have.

"Doki Doki Lit. Club" is a happy game where nothing bad happens. seriously tho? not for the faint of heart.Alpha and Omega are Anti Villains; they work for a Bigger Bad (he's the Big Bad in canon, but he's offscreen and staying that way, since I haven't actually seen his canon). Or at least, Omega does; Alpha's not particularly loyal, but she sometimes does shit out of sheer nothing-better-to-do, and is loyal to/likes to keep Omega company.
On the other hand, he's a For Science! kinda guy who usually merely sends them in to gather information or Lost Technology, and they both follow Thou Shalt Not Kill outside the Arena. He also lets them have a whole bunch of free reign since he's curious about how the Metatron will affect their behaviour, and is himself not exactly Complete Monster material IIRC.
They both kinda support Metatron's agenda - though Omega's more neutral - but they also believe in a more subtle approach and not acting like Hathor/ANKO/MIKI/Gamma, so as not to unite the multiverse against them. (Alpha thinks Hathor's an idiot, and has said as much, though she'd be nothing but respectful to her face; one of her favourite lines is some variant of "I'm not Hathor"/"Do I look like Hathor to you?".)
Since they have filters/limiters, they don't realize just how bad the Metatron corruption can get. Omega also respects free will/freedom of choice... and Alpha respects Omega.

"We can handle what is true, for we are already living it."Thanks for the update. This "Hathor" is now on the list as well.
"Doki Doki Lit. Club" is a happy game where nothing bad happens. seriously tho? not for the faint of heart.Orbital Frame Hathor is Questor's character. (And basically the bitch queen of Metatron cultists.) It's safe to say we won't be seeing her around any time soon. She's the Bigger Bad who corrupted ANKO and MIKI offscreen, though.

"We can handle what is true, for we are already living it."My Metatron character is The Girl. She is neutral.
Something something Arena.Oh. Uh... Sorry about that.
Oh, riiight, forgot she was infected.

"Doki Doki Lit. Club" is a happy game where nothing bad happens. seriously tho? not for the faint of heart.TBH I probably wouldn't switch them. They support Metatron in theory, but if it came to the crunch, they'd probably come into the "good" category.
If, say, they saw Hathor forcibly corrupting Alderoth, Omega's response would probably be: Get your hands off him. -gets out gun- -cue her Metatron flaring up, and paralysing inner conflict-. Her other defining trait, besides her get-the-job-done attitude and loyalty to said Bigger Bad, is unexpected compassion.
Alpha's response would probably be: Um, is this really necessary? -Sweat Drop-

"We can handle what is true, for we are already living it."Well, I'm grouping all the active supporters of Metatron in one group. If Alpha and/or Omega decide to give it up and do their own thing or actively fight the stuff, then they'll be moved.
"Doki Doki Lit. Club" is a happy game where nothing bad happens. seriously tho? not for the faint of heart.I think supportive of Metatron's agenda and Evil/Insane should be in different groups, since if Epsilon pulls a Heel–Face Turn, he'll remain supportive of its agenda, although he won't force it on others.

Creator of the Avatar Arena and its Discord server.Agreed. Who's who, though?

I had an idea. Maybe we should keep a list of all the Metatron infectees, how does that sound?
