The only knock I have against this pic is that at wiki size the speech balloon is almost unreadable...I had to lean in to read it and that was on my large monitor.

If someone can photoshop the bubble to be bigger, that would work; also, it could be painted out and the text could be made into a caption. I'm good either way.
The removed image is definitely better than nothing, although something that visually expressed the "mental" part better would be preferable.
