Works well enough.
Can fanmade edits qualify? [1]◊
Maybe for Image Links, but I'd much prefer something that actually happens in a work.
Baby Schwarzenegger◊ from Junior
"MAAAMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"◊
...as an aside, it's a shame faceswaps don't count for the trope, because I was reminded of this◊ great Beauty And The Beast swap.
Moon◊KILL IT! KILL IT WITH FIRE! AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!
Great suggestion.
6.2 is good.
6 is too creepy for my taste.
That's probably the point.
6 is not this trope. The OP is. Here is another: [1]◊
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. Not the trope in what way? It's the actor's head superimposed on another body (in this case, a newborn's).
Moon◊I know The George Lopez Show did it a lot, but I can't find any pictures. Just tossing that out there if anyone knows were to look.
^^^ Yes, that's what I said: the OP is this trope, 6 is not.
Oh I didn't realize there are two images in that post. 6.1 is, 6.2 isn't.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I'm pretty sure they both are; it's just that 6.2 is so zoomed in on the face that you can't really tell it's a newborn's body.
Moon◊A fully loaded◊ cameo of June Lockhart for the Lost In Space movie.
I think 6.2 is pretty clear, actually. Since there's someone's hand holding the baby's head. I like that one better because the quality in 6.1 is horrendous.
Oh jeez there aren't two pictures in that post, there are three. I meant the Bat B face swap isn't this trope.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Yes, 6.3 is not the trope, nor was it posted under the impression that it was.
Moon◊What about Alice in Wonderland◊?
I'd say we have a reasonable number of options to put to a vote.
Thanks; it's hooked.
Bump for votes; three in the green right now.

The trope needs an image. What about his one from The Love Guru?
