Hmm. Illusions and a fogbank that's transparent to one side but opaque to the other might help you set up some pretty well-coordinated surprise attacks, if you go for that route. (It's one thing to parry an attack you see from ten meters off, it's another to detect it when it's a foot from your face.)

Otherwise Tina will need a bit of amplification before she can really hurt the thing.

I really want to see Lilith's reaction before making the update (would say a Rook would of been able to tank that attack), though do you guys think I just update without them? By the way, when it comes to future boss fights I feel slightly worried it'll just become mob fests with the number of players.

What do you guys think of me introducing secondary or even tertiary objectives during future fights? By the way, at least for a few "episodes" there won't be a Kachemetc fight. I figure one of the "bosses" during that time would be a Magus Child whose has been passed off as Jesus reborn. What do you guys think?

Looks like Undying Phoenix hasn't posted anywhere in 3 days (his latest post was in this rp). I guess you could have amour perdu assume that her attack worked and shift her attention to more immediate threats (like the sword floating in front if her eyegina). If Lilith does come back and block or dodge, then that would make amour perdu seem overconfident at least.

The Jesus thing might not be too bad, so long we don't offend anyone. And I guess we'll have to go up against some governments eventually, too?

I can accept that there are crazy Jesus-wannabes out there easily enough. Though it might be kinda hard, considering Jesus was male...

Anyway, I have no issue fighting lower-powered enemies for a while.

Easy Wysp, just spin a little tale about how since Jesus is a savior and the son of an omnipotent being he decided to manifest as a woman. Just about anybody could buy Jesus doing that in order to eliminate misogyny. Political correctness would be the other half to making people believe it.

That's interesting. I would go for that.

P.S. I should clarify that I am not offended by disfavourable depictions of crazy right-wing Christians. It's when you start going after the non-crazy ones that I begin to put on the brakes.

Oh no, I'm just being weirdly lazy. Suppose I'm putting off the update because I want Lilith's response first, but I really could write something up. Granted, the update would also be rather small, and I'm not sure how you guys would react to Amour Perdu using its mind-altering abilities on your characters.

I say go for it. Tina's already broken no-first-use on mind-altering capabilities anyway; be only fair play if the opposition answers in kind.

Sorry I don't say much on this thread, I've been busy lately. I'm agnostic, so no offense to me on the second coming of Jesus thing. I agree, I thought it was the church using her that was bad. Uh yeah, mind altering, sounds fine by me. It sounds kinda fun to write our characters as their complete opposites, I was actually kinda looking forward to that one.

Liliana's lyrics in the new update is her expressing her disproval of the others allowing Lilith to just run ahead, and it is also partially about the Kachemetc as well. Anywho, I would say Succubus Madness lasts about two updates.

Just so I can plan out the general idea behind the next several episodes, how many episodes will you guys be fine with not fighting a (real) Kachemetc? Oh, and would you guys like the Bracelet for the next one to be revealed, or do you guys want that a secret?

Oh, also important, is there anything in particular you want to see happen with The Lovers' Knight bracelet once acquired?

I personally don't care. Uh, is there any specific way to kill a Kachemetc, or do you just hit it till it dies?

Cutting it in half usually works, though "hit it until it dies" is also a time honored Magus tradition.

Alessandra will be all for 'hitting it until it dies', and then hitting it some more. I'm having her desire for revenge amplified here, which is going to make her more than a bit reckless...
