Well it looks like you lucked out, at least as far as quantity goes. (If you are curious about just how lucky you got there, there was a 16% chance of getting four NPs, and a 33% chance of winding up with a worse-ranked single NP)

Name: Breunor La Noire

Summoning Age: 22

Sex: Female

Class: Shielder

Master: To Be Determined

Appearance:
Small. Breunor is only 5’1 (the average height for a woman of noble status during those times.) She has long light purple hair and blue eyes, with a tendency to wear ill fitting, ‘male’ clothes. Her body at close inspection is fit and muscular, but her size really takes away from any imposing presence.

Personality Blurb:
Breunor is a brash woman, jumping into situations headfirst and often without question, relying on her natural abilities to carry her through any encountered problems. She is also honourable, as a knight, and does not forget debts or slights, and continued her grudge against Kay for quite a long time. She has a slight hatred of Gawain specifically and the Loyalist Arthur knights as she sided with Lancelot during the split. She also hold Guinevere rather than Mordred (who was a traveling companion) responsible for breaking the Arthurian Court.

As a protector she also hates to fully rely on others and prefers to be self-sufficient, even if this is detrimental. When she came to court she was fifteen and begging arms and armour so she could slay her father’s killer herself despite little training. She will accept minor boons, but things that she can do herself, she will do herself. While Bienpensant may have mellowed her slightly towards this with his healing prayer and years of marriage, she still cannot fully escape it.

She also has an irrational (rational?) hatred of people who judge others first on appearance, especially judging their qualities as a warrior.

Parameters:

  • Strength: C
  • Endurance: A
  • Agility: D
  • Magical Energy: D
  • Luck: E

Class Skill(s):

  • A+ - Guardian Knight. Defensive stats are raised when protecting another. Breunor’s fair unknown was protecting her husband-to-be (though she would have refused at the time) and her abilities when pressed to defend excel in the face of that conflict
  • D - Magic Resistance - Can stop 1 verse/3 line spells and provides some minor damage reduction to spells of a greater rank

Personal Skill(s): A, C, D, B

  • A - Eye of the Mind (Fake) - At this rank situations of combat and results are easily realized in the mind, however the reasoning behind it remains a mystery as this is not Eye of the Mind (True)
  • C - Battle Continuation - At this rank a Servant can continue fighting unhampered by wound penalties, and death is only assured by well... Killing the Servant. People die if they are killed, after all.
  • D - Disengage - Breunor can retreat easily if the situation allows, however being completely surrounded is too much for her to retreat from and her low agility/lack of riding hampers this ability somewhat
  • B - Bravery - Breunor can stand up against trials such as the twelve-chained lion without even a care in the world. Bravery provides immunity to mental afflictions.

Noble Phantasm(s): B B B D

  • La Cote Mal Taille - Restrained Spirit
    Rank - D
    Type - Support

This is the name that Breunor was greeted with by Kay. This is the name that Lancelot claimed ‘hid her true nature as a knight’. This is the name Breunor took for her own, took to be knighted under. An insult turned to spite the one who said she could never be a knight.

Breunor is small and her father was a large, muscular man. When she came to Arthur’s court wearing his finery as all she had, begging the chance at revenge... She was greeted with laughter as the King’s brother and Seneschal mocked her badly tailored coat, not even waiting to understand why.

The coat also hid her presence as a woman.

As a phantasm this name, this crystallization of her life cloaks Breunor’s presence as a warrior from those who do not know her yet or have not seen her deeds. This grants her a limited form of Presence Concealment that keeps her from being sensed as a Servant, however it will not mute her existence or render her invisible.

It was because of this phantasm that Maledisant, Arthur, Guinivere and even Lancelot himself could not recognize her as a knight.

This does not strictly require her coat to manifest and is instead a passive, ongoing phantasm that must be broken like Lancelot’s unknown Knight. She tends to wear larger, loose clothing as a sort of connection to this phantasm, and her armour will have loose cloth draped over it when she is ready for battle.

TLDR: Breunor can't be recognized as a Servant until she does something obviously Servantish.
  • Shield of the White-Hand - The Prayer of the Ill-Spoken
    Rank - B
    Type - Fortress (Antipersonnel)/Support

The shield of Redemption and the proof of Breunor’s knighthood. On its front is emblazoned a white hand brandishing a holy sword, surrounded by stars. With this Breunor was never able to be brought down, save by a single blow.

This phantasm creates an area of absolution around its user, which causes any non-fatal wounds to instantly heal the moment after they are inflicted. Even if it is an attack that ‘slashes a thousand times in one action’ or an attack that forms a prison of strikes, Breunor will be able to recover from it, each blow being healed as it lands. Like traditional magecraft healing it works under the principles of localized time reversal, and prevents the strike from ever wounding Breunor in the first place. However a strike that kills her would not be prevented, as when she dies, this phantasm cannot exert its power, which makes its miraculous powers fairly weak against a number of attacks (like Canon Gae Bolg which it would do absolutely nothing against, or Excalibur, or Medusa’s Charge (maybe), or anything that would outright kill her past her battle continuation/endurance rank).

Curses that prevent healing will only work against this phantasm if they are a higher rank than it. Equal is trumped by the defense.

The phantasm is highly efficient, but it can be draining if Breunor is completely overwhelmed.

A small passive boon from the shield would be that Breunor heals easier and quicker, but since Servants already have accelerated and unique healing this passive does not exist. Before the ability is released Breunor’s Shield is blank and a standard kite shield. Once this ability is activated the emblem is revealed and in the same way so is Breunor’s name.

TLDR: Breunor can only be killed, not damaged, and has to be killed instantly to die.

  • Shield of the White-Hand - Shield of the Echoed Prayer
    Rank - B
    Type - Anti-Army

The second phantasm crystalized as part of her shield, this is the result of defeating a hundred knights with a single attack. The ability increases in damage the more the odds are against Breunor (strictly by numbers) and she unleashes a shield slam that must hit an initial target. Once it does the wave echoes through the entire opposing force with the same power it had on the initial target. A duplicate attack (from her shield only), basically, spreads outwards from from her first hit like a ripple from a pebble or a soundwave. Since this strikes each member individually the damage to each opponent will vary.

Endurance is the key stat to take less damage, and like in her story some of the knights in her charge are killed, some are crippled or gravely wounded, and a few are just dismounted and dazed. The reason this is ranked so highly however is that there are no limits to the number of targets it can effect.

Servants would only take as much damage as they would from a melee strike with Breunor’s shield.

However there are some limitations. The opponents must clearly be opposed to Breunor (She cant punch an ally or a civilian and have it ripple through an opposing force.) The opponents must also see themselves as allied of a sort (unless they are constructs in which case they must come from the same creator), otherwise the sympathetic strike cannot take effect.

A phantasm dedicated to taking out an opposing Servant’s summons it excels at that, but otherwise finds very little use.

TLDR: A single normal attack that hits every member of the opposing force for the strength of the attack, no matter the size of the army.

  • Lion Grip - Hands that Saved a Queen
    Rank - B
    Type - Anti Personnel/Support.

Breunor rent the twelve-chained Lion, an undefeatable monster who could stand up to even the likes of the knights at the time (which included Lancelot, Kay, Bedivere, Gawain, Tristan, etc) and put into bondage instead because they could not kill it, limb from limb with just her bare hands.

This phantasm has three conditions to activate:
1.Breunor -must- be protecting someone. This is strict. If an enemy Servant has no desire to kill her Master, and is content to let said Master sit on the sidelines and has no risk of splashing her with the AoE of a phantasm this phantasm can not be used. Masters are not the only target that can be defended, however.
    2. The opponent -must- hear Breunor’s announcement of her name/have heard it before.
    3. Breunor is unarmed (save a shield).

If these three conditions are satisfied Breunor can activate this phantasm which allows her to use her defensive stats in the place of her offensive ones, turning her strength into her endurance... But only with her fists. The power when she is defending someone because of her Guardian Knight skill and high Endurance rank is incredibly high and rivaled by little.

TLDR: When the three requirements are active Breunor can use her Endurance stat as Strength.

Start off each new line with an asterisk (no spaces before it) and it'll put bullets. Two asterisks for an indented bullet, and three for a super indented bullet. We'll take a look at it when we can.

  • Name: Gnaeus Julius Agricola.
  • Summoning age: 43.
  • Sex: Male. Shocking, isn't it?
  • Class: Rider.
  • Master: TBD
  • Appearance: SPQR!
  • Personality blurb: Gnaeus is a Roman man of virtue. He is educated in various disciplines of olden days (geometry, music, linguistics, dialectics and ethics). He has a love of philosophy — more than is proper for a Senator — but the main thing he got from it was restraint; while hot-headed and brash in his youth, experience in the field and tempered him quite a bit. He's a hard-working man, well-adapted to the hardships of military life, and a harsh but fair commander.
  • Parameters:
    • STR: D
    • END: D
    • AGL: C
    • MAG: B
    • LCK: A
  • Class Skills:
    • Magic Resistance (C): Agricola's life wasn't exactly fraught with magical threats, so his resistance to magic isn't that good.
    • Riding (A):
  • Personal Skills:
    • Military Tactics (A): Agricola is renowned as a competent and diligent military leader.
    • Charisma (C): Suitable for a renowned military leader.
    • Eye of the Mind (True) (B): Agricola is capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and of deducing an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a small chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning.
    • Bravery (B): Due to his staunch spirit and belief in the Roman ways, Agricola can negate mental interference and mind-affecting spells cast on him.
    • Battle Continuation (D): Agricola is able to continue fighting at peak performance despite being wounded, but not fatally so.
  • Noble Phantasms:
    • Mons Graupius: Chains of the Unconquered — A+ Anti-Unit ~ Anti-Group: The Noble Phantasm representing the strategies Agricola employed at the Battle of Mons Graupius. It imposes a “series of restrictions” on an opponent, forcing them to fight only with pure ability. In essence, this Noble Phantasm negates the effects of all skills an enemy possesses, including class and personal skills. Noble Phantasms can still work, but any skills that would make them easier to use, or allow them to be used in the first place, remain negated. These restrictions remain until the encounter has ended, Rider runs out of prana, or Rider chooses to end the effect.
    • Covinnus Triumphalius Agricolae: The Work of a Legion — A+ Anti-Army: The Chariot used by Rider in his many incursions into Albion. It carries within it the woefully unwritten legacy of a man who overran the whole of Britain and basically secured it for the Roman Empire. The Chariot possesses within it the combined strength of each member of Rider's legion, Legio IX Hispana, added into it. Thus, when one is hit by the Chariot, one has the feeling of being hit by the combined force of five thousand men. It is incredibly sturdy, as are the horses reined to the Chariot. Otherwise, it is a normal chariot. As such, it is still subject to the laws of physics.

I'm still waiting to talk over this stuff with Ragna, but from a precursory glance, Agricola seems okay.

I'm trying to read Breunor's sheet but it's a little hard to tell the difference between flavor and effects. Could you try to limit yourself to around five sentences per NP? It seems okay, but I'm not certain I'm interpreting things right.

Okay, given Ragna's absence, I'm looking over these alone.

  • Agricola's accepted.
  • Bruenor, Aela please just cut out the extra words for her N Ps so that it's much clearer about what it does. Try and limit yourself to as few words as possible, since right now there's so much written that it's hard to puzzle out specifics.

La cote mal taile - Breunor can't be recognized as a Servant until she does something obviously Servantish.

(Most servants can track and tell that non presence concealed servants are nearby as well as master clairvoyance existing. This cancels those abilities)

Shield of the white hand 1 - Breunor can only be killed, not damaged, and has to be killed instantly to die.

Shield of the white hand 2 - A single normal attack that hits every member of the opposing force for the strength of the attack, no matter the size of the army.

Lion Grip - When the three requirements are active Breunor can use her Endurance stat as Strength.

Good enough?

Okay, it took longer than I would have liked but I was trying to think of a character/concept that fit my stats and would be fun. So here's what I've got. Lemme know if I messed something up. I'm more than a little rusty at this.

Name: Medea
Summoning Age: 20's
Sex: Female
Class: Assassin
Master:
Appearance: Just a Sorceress
Personality Blurb: Medea is a surprisingly cheery person considering her former life. She wears a smile at this new chance to live and relishes the chance to vent some of her anger at her rivals. Cunning is laced with deceptive politeness and cheerful comments to make her seem weak or otherwise off guard. Under that, however, lies a hardened killer. A woman who slew her own children for the spurned love that was forced upon her by the gods. Mention of the Greek Gods has a tendency to engage a more lethal rage from her though she still retains a calm rage rather than a roaring rampage. The kind of anger that usually ends with more than a few bodies, no evidence, and a wide smile.

Parameters:
Strength: A
Endurance: E
Agility: B
Magical Energy: A
Luck: D

Class Skill(s):

Presence Concealment (A+): It is possible to disappear completely and become almost impossible to be detected. However, efficiency will decrease once preparations to attack are taken.
Independent Action (A+): Servant can remain in this world indefinitely even without a Master. However, in order to activate his Noble Phantasm, it is necessary to first acquire an extra supply of Magical Energy from alternative sources.

Personal Skill(s):

Information Erasure (A+): Medea has placed an enchantment around herself that purges the memory of those around her resulting in the removal of information regarding her true name, abilities, and appearance from the records and memories of all witnesses, including the opponent, following the conclusion of an engagement. This effect is enforced even within digital recordings by a closed-circuit camera in broad daylight. Her spell is even potent enough to remove evidence of engagements making it excessively difficult to follow her trail or pin down exactly who she is. Those who possess Magic Resistance lower than A+ will be less effected but still have great difficulty recalling specific details about Medea with that difficulty rising for every rank lower than this skill they possess. Those with equal or higher Magic Resistance are uneffected or barely effected by this skill. This resistance extends to those with mental resistance abilities as well.
Prodigy of the Argonauts (A+): Medea trained with and under the greatest Greek heroes to walk the Age of Gods. Under Heracles she learned to fight, scrap, and win with her hands. With Atalanta she learned how to use a bow to hunt and defeat with unerring accuracy. From Jason she learned to lead a crew. She learned from all of them even from Theseus, Bellerophon, and Orpheus all of the requisite talents. This made Medea into one of the most potent unsung heroes in future myths. This skill represents her ability to learn, internalize, and execute new techniques, skills, and talents with in a scarce few times of seeing it. The effect is that techniques or styles used against her suffer great diminishing return as she learns to adapt and counter them quickly and makes her own techniques extremely difficult to read as she has so many styles to pull from. Perhaps, in simpler terms, it would be easy to think that this skill grants Medea a form of photographic reflexes. (Note: Medea cannot copy NP level skills like Tsubame Gaeshi nor can she perfectly duplicate any technique for which she does not have the stats to do so.)
Item Creation (C): Medea is highly adept at crafting potions, blending herbs, and otherwise shaping small objects for a specific purpose.
Counter Hero (D): Medea spent the last part of her life fighting and thwarting various Greek heroes like Jason and Theseus. This skill enforces a single Rank Down to the stats of a rival Servant so long as the opposing Servant is known as a "Greek Hero" or a single Rank Down in their highest stat for being a Greek Legend (neither hero nor anti-hero like the Gorgon or Minotaur). This does not apply in the case that the foe is an Argonaut since Medea still cares for her companions bar Jason.
Divinity (E): Being the granddaughter of Helios imparts some of her great power but not much.

Noble Phantasm(s):

Dragon's Teeth, Fangs of Betrayal (A, Anti-Unit/Anti-Mage): Jason, in his quest for the Fleece, used the teeth of a dragon to raise an army which then slaughtered itself. When the Colchis dragon was slain Medea took some of these teeth in secret and experimented upon them. After Jason left her and she turned to more wicked methods these teeth responded to her sorrow and spellwork. These fangs take the shape of two daggers that hunger for the mana they were once bathed in constantly when they were a part of the dragon. Every successful strike on a Servant or Master by the Dragon's Teeth steals mana from those hit as extra damage. Not only does it steal mana violently on hit but it then can convert this mana in two ways: Either Medea absorbs the mana herself for use in spellcasting or sustaining herself or the daggers can call upon the memory of the dragon and sheath themselves in draconic flames. These intense flames burn intensely and will deal excessive damage to those struck while still pulling mana from the victim to fuel the flame.

Name: Elspeth Pendragon
Age: 22
Sex: Female
Servant: To Be Determined
Appearance: Usually in a dress though.
Personality Blurb: Elspeth is a noble in a great many ways. She carries herself as one with status and she has a sense of pride. While she bears a noble birth and the air that surrounds one she is deceptively practical. Elspeth uses the mask of nobility to underly her dirty tricks and willingness to solve problems by the easiest and most effective method. Her family claims the heritage of a king but she chose not to rest on her laurels, for her magecraft simply wouldn't allow that, and became somethign else. She sees herself as a queen who would do anything for the betterment of her peers and people namely her family at the moment.

Brief Background: The Pendragon family has long claimed to have some heritage leading back to the era of King Arthur and lauding their connection to the ancient king. Trained as the heir to the Pendragon family Elspeth was blessed with the Average One talent though, sadly, her aptitude for magecraft was exceptionally limited. Despite this she dedicated herself to what skills she had. She took to the sword about as well as a fish to a lack of water. Still she studied at the Clock Tower and became adept at the magic she could and the weapons of the modern era. When magecraft and tradition fail you, she thought, one must rely on pragmatism. When the Holy Grail War was revealed to her she set out with the intent of winning and returning her family to their ancestral glory. (The Pendragon's relation to the true King Arthur is questionable at best. They might be able to truly claim that they have an ancestor among the Knights of the Round Table but it is unclear at best.)

Skills/Abilities:

  • Elspeth is skilled at most basic magecraft but her talent is mostly locked there. The only use for magecraft she possesses is the manipulation of the elements. Fire, Earth, Air, and Water all serve her beck and call which makes up her magecraft. She is capable of conjuring fireballs, air walls, earthen shields, and more with the occasional tap into combined elements like ice and lightning.

  • Elspeth possesses the Pendragon Magic Crest, as befitting her status as an heir. This crest grants her the families greats magecraft: The Right of Kings. This takes the form of heightened Reinforcement. This particular reinforcement lasts notably longer than most magi's and is more potent. Think of it as being 1.5x stronger than others and lasting twice as long despite being less intensive to cast thanks to the crest. The downside is that she is incapable of reinforcing her own body. The Right of the King is to empower her fellows rather than herself. The reinforcement itself appears as a golden glow around whatever is effected be it object or person. It also allows her to imbue weapons with the power of an element thus she can use this to imbue her bullets with Fire/Water/Air/Earth for enhanced effects.

  • Elspeth is extremely talented in the use of guns and modern weapons. Her accuracy has been honed from hours and hours spent in various exercises and drills. Give this woman a gun and she can probably nail a moving target a good ways away with a smile and no magecraft.

  • Mystic Code: Shroud of Caerwennan. This cloak is stark black excepting the single dagger of white emblazoned on the back. This Mystic Code, when activated, shrouds the user in darkness to allow them to blend into their surroundings. This is much more effective when in shadows or in the middle of the night but nearly useless in the light of day as the darkness would stand out more than it would help.

Equipment/Stuff: Her Mystic Code, two Baretta's, an assortment of guns kept at her current residence are the only notes of worth.
Location: Elspeth lives in the home of a distant relative who offered it as a vacation home unwittingly. The home is expansive and well furnished but otherwise holds nothing too special.

@Breunor: Accepted

@Medea: This doesn't really seem like an assassin beyond superficial reasons, like class skills or whatnot. She seems just like a copy of the canon Caster, but with a different NP and a few extra skills.

@Elspeth: Accepted, but with a footnote. Is she supposed to be a saber expy or something? If she is, that would wind up being a problem, but from what I can gather I think she's not?

Also, I believe you meant "Berettas" (Unless for some odd reason you meant Barretts), and though you didn't specify I can probably guess that you meant two Beretta 92's?

Medea has been updated/edited.

High Speed Divine Words -> Information Erasure
Deceptive Presence -> Counter Hero
Golden Fleece -> Dragon's Teeth

End Goal: I think she is more "Assassin-like" now and her new tools and skills hopefully differentiate her from the canon Medea suitably in my opinion.

I, for one, welcome our new Basketball Z overlords. All hail The Generation of Miracles! (Aomine is the best though)

Much better, I'll look at it in detail when I get a hold of Ragna.

Also you can replace her Legacy of the Argonauts skill with something else. You don't need to waste a skill slot explaining how she has the stats she rolled.
