I can go with that one.
[Oh, and I changed the thread title, too.]

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Caption could use work. I'm pretty sure I can see a hat on Kermit. Picture is nice, though
Caption comes from a line in the movie where a father tells his daughter that Kermit isn't a bear because bears where hats. Though caption isn't the best. How about "This warranted to be on the front page."
You do see a hat on Kermit. Obviously the difference is that "Kermit wears a coat."
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.I like the image.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI like the suggestion, and @3 works as a good caption.
I offer my humble
The OP is good.
EDIT: That's enough consensus; it's up, potholed, and tagged. Unsure on a caption.

Another good caption would be "I'm pretty sure they are both bears."
"Well, their hats are similar enough"?
No caption consensus evidently; closing.

Seriously, how is it possible to tell these two apart?
Edt: Oh crap, I meant it to be "Suggestion". Please change.
