@Norm: Sorry about the lackluster description of the school, once the troops get pumping I'll give them more environmental stuff to chew on. I'm a semi-firm believer of concrete physical descriptions, since it seems like we're going to need to plan around this particular one a lot.
@Hospital: I'm planning on advancing the hospital situation in time with the Hei/Kida posts, since they're the ones the situation matters most to. It would be a little awkward if it got halfway done before they'd even heard about it.

Finally have a day off tomorrow, so will try to catch up with Empire event then. I'll try to make up for it by having it go from 0 to out running the police in true NMH fashion. By the way, how many troopers are with each transport ship? Doesn't have to be exact, just a rough estimate. Just don't want to send too many or too little guys so it stays in the sweet spot.
