I think encounters between your characters are going to be very interesting... It'll be a Mexican Standoff of powers.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Yeah, Luvina's power is pretty powerful, but she's pretty reliant on it, as well. If your character can figure out the limits of her power, she can be rendered quite vulnerable.
She doesn't really have anything to back her up, if her power fails her.

"It all depends on how we look at things, and not on how they are themselves." -C.G. JungJust letting peeps know that I have limited access today since old man wants me to observe peeps in a lotto outlet somewhere.
Otherwise, I'll try to reply whenever I can.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Been re-watching Darker than Black.
I'd forgotten that Carmine had ties to the CIA.
"It all depends on how we look at things, and not on how they are themselves." -C.G. JungYeah. But IIRC, the CIA "denied" it officially, but it does strike me if the Syndicate used the agency as cover since the background indicates that the Americans were involved in South America.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"True. It's never clear who's behind what in this series.
It just got me speculating on how Luvina might impact events, if we end up going through the Havoc/Carmine events in this RP.
"It all depends on how we look at things, and not on how they are themselves." -C.G. JungOh ho... Yeah. We can change things in terms of whether she lives or dies.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Well Terry would love to put his mitts on a regressor. Even if its not socially acceptable to cut her head open... because as rational, cold beings For Science! seems a valid motivation.

Same could be true for just about any of the canon characters. That's the great thing about freeform R Ps...the snacks.
And also the unparalleled freedom to impact things...obviously.
"It all depends on how we look at things, and not on how they are themselves." -C.G. JungHow about changing the timeline with snacks? Poison snacks - everything tastes better with poison...
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Mention it to Amber.
"It all depends on how we look at things, and not on how they are themselves." -C.G. JungI'll wait for Silence to see if Duo "has" arrived in the playground before I bring out the next best thing.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Left some "goons" for Duo and Yon to play with.
Apologies for a boo boo. Mai, in the show, was located in Nakano before Luco took her to Koto. A blunder, but I decided to go with Koto anyway so that in GMing, I don't have to drag things on and on.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Fair enough - we can just say in this universe they were in Koto first.
Also, time for violence! I wish I had made Yon get her guns but I think she can improvise something.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Feel free to gloss over the details of Luvina's neurological appointment, if they aren't important. If there's nothing of note happening, you can take it as a given that she'll cooperate with most of the tests, until there's something that needs input or a response.
I'm fine doing it however you want, I just wanted to let you know, that it's cool if you want to skip over run-of-the-mill stuff.
"It all depends on how we look at things, and not on how they are themselves." -C.G. JungOminae, you can determine if Yon got hit by anything - I don't mind if she gets hurt, her dodging skills aren't superhuman anyhow.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Should be done now.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Sorry, I'm on a different timezone. Aaand Terry's true nature as "Death Hand" contractor has been exposed.

Things are gonna escalate with our guys in Koto. I also found appropriate music for that.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Why not? We need to pay homage to the greatness that is Yoko Kanno (And maybe Yasushii Ishii, but Kanno-san had such awesome music).
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"My, what an emotional contractor.
Pain is pain, I suppose. And it's pretty heavily driven home in the show, that they aren't devoid of emotions, they just don't heavily influence their decision-making. So I suppose, if a Contractor figures that all things are equal, they can still do what they just feel like.
"It all depends on how we look at things, and not on how they are themselves." -C.G. JungBut then again just complaining in CQC is letting yourself open... just two cents.
Well, to be honest, I was going to do a muggle sidekick of the intelligence agency at first, but a Contractor medic idea hit me when Ominae called for more contractors.
