Optimize my childhood and youth some more, and explore a lot of different (and possibly some more difficult) questlines.
Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia! That's called reincarnation.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Er... reincarnation doesn't rewind time to the start of your previous life, and you don't keep your memories and skills from what i can tell.
Yeah, reincarnation is when a human dies and then is reborn as a sea cucumber or whatever.
Regarding new game plus, I would imagine having your adult mind in a child's body would be extremely frustrating for multiple reasons.
I'd sweep right through all the bosses, feeling like a real pro in the process.

Con: Life would be shittier
Pro: I'd be a fucking badass
ಠ_ಠEh, I still say reincarnation is a similar enough concept.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. Some sources claim that the highly enlightened are capable of controlled reincarnation. So if you did well enough in life, you unlock character customization!
I've wondered about this myself. Thought about how cool it'd be if there was a sort of New Game+ feature upon "completion." If it were possible I feel any actual changes made would inevitably unfurl into an alternate timeline, rendering all the knowledge of my first playthrough pointless. On the other hand, having a lifetime's worth of wisdom and experience wouldn't hurt.
If if didn't change things significantly, with only a few variables being altered, I'd certainly change the fact that I was such a pain in the ass as a teenager. Be more friendly, maybe have a childhood I actually had the presence of mind to enjoy.
Is not impressed.
Like after you die, you get to carry over all your statistics and memories and knowledge and live it over again, but you can't tell people about it.
Of course you could just decline after the repeated runs get boring.
My theory is that all the world's most succesful people are actually just on a new game+.
What would you do if your life was a New game+ and you could get away with it?
