Makura no Danshi spoiler alert:
Chuuni pillow is best pillow~
From what I read, nope, everything's there. The adaptation is 100% faithful. Which I feel isn't that common nowadays…
I actually liked him for the reason that it's a more subdued and realistic version of what chuuni guys are like. But accent pillow is still best pillow.
Nope, Chuuni pillow is best pillow. I am not willing to back down on this.
If need be, we shall come to blows! >:O
Rikiya Koyama in today's episode of Sore ga Seiyuu. Still cool as ever.
Cool? More like IN VIOLATION OF NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS!!!
Also, !@#$ you English language film! I'm not a terrible guy at all!
I still wanna see Akira Ishida, Hikaru Midorikawa, or Megumi Hayashibara :P But I doubt those last two will show up. Ishida's a maybe.

Gakkou Gurashi is consistently good.
Less tempers flaring around Yuki's problem, another heartwarming activity to keep their spirits up.
Balloons won't go far sadly. Will there be any other survivors?
I naturally assume everyone's already dead.
Okusama ga Seitokaichou! - Okay, that was weird even for this show. Poor Izumi, his life would be very pleasant if it wasn't for Rin. It's almost like some sort of karmic backlash for getting engaged to Ui.
Wakaba Chan: "We may have wandered into a magical world!"
Me: "Well crap, now I have to watch GATE after this."
Classroom Crisis.
Please Yuji, please do something that lets me take you seriously as a villain. Or just get out of the story. Right now it's really hard for me to believe you're anywhere near competent enough for the position you hold. Well, it's probably the latter given that the next episode is called Joyless Victory.
I'm more put off by the music choice they have for the union guy. It's like "... everything he's saying is totally reasonable, but the music makes it obvious we're supposed to consider this sinister."
... is this like that meme of "X happens while I play unfitting music"?
OH GOD WHY AM I A CAR!? - ForzareI think it's more like, the director really doesn't like politics.
How's Chaos Dragon going? I've heard it's enjoyably terrible thus far.
but HOW?Extremely meh, at best.
It is trying hard to be good but is mostly just mediocre. Amusingly it is also probably more nationalistic than Gate.
Which is impressive since Gate is about the SDF invading an alternate dimension and Chaos Dragon has nothing to do with Japan.
I lulled when Gate spent an entire episode saying "PEOPLE WHO WANT TO CUT THE JSDF ARE FUCKING MORONIC BITCHES!"
Considering the setting it is kind of dumb, to be fair. But considering what the entire series likes to go on about the point they're trying to make becomes pretty dumb.
Oh hey, Makura no Danshi finally had to break the "You can be anything" aspect towards the viewer; to date, the series could either be "Viewer is male; this is so homoerotic!" or "viewer is female; it's gender flipping all those moe things guys like so much." But the latest episode makes it pretty clear:
Since shouta-kun is calling the viewer nee-ne, that makes it pretty clear the viewer is intended to be female-a big sister. At least for this episode.
Clearly, the series has JUMPED THE SHARK!!!!
in other mini-anime news, Wakakao Zake is just adorable. I love the protagonist. But the line "This is what keeps Okinawans in such high spirits" in reference to the food-of-the-week sounds kinda racist. It'd be like if I said that butter is what makes southerns polite.

Sore ga Seiyuu:
I love the show, I love the seiyuu walkons but ...
... for crying out loud, Futaba basically learns the same damned lesson every episode. "Hey everyone's like that when they first start out!" It's always some veteran telling her some variation on this, her getting inspired, and then doing whatever it is she's doing for the week. Oh, I guess "Hoi Yurie" was an exception. I liked that episode.
As for Umaru, well, the entire show remains likable, and I just love Sylphyn. Desu waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Holy shit, really? o_O
Did I miss anything important from the manga? :P
Well, as important as this series can get anyway >>
