Blame the hackers. They're usually the culprits draining the RP at an impossible rate For the Evulz.
Though I might have a solution should you catch a glimpse of it and want it to last:

God. Maybe I'll just have to beat the game and be done with it. I really wanted to fight him before I did that, but what can I do?
It's especially frustrating now that I'm ready, but it wouldn't be the first time I couldn't do something when the opportunity was there, and then when I'm finally ready (or nearly ready) stupid shit I couldn't have expected screws me out of being able to do so.
I mean, it's pretty much the reason I don't currently own Tokyo Mirage Sessions FE, even though I'd been planning to get it for a long time (despite the game essentially bombing everywhere).

One Strip! One Strip! If it was hackers, it'd be gone in hours not a day or two. It's more likely just people farming it with EBD builds or high level skells.
I don't exactly know when Telethia Plume rolls around(or what contributes to it happening other than squad tasks), but when you log in it usually tells you if it's available.
I had only just discovered the true use for BLADE reports. I always had the damn thing turned off because of the annoying messages popping up from Miiverse and Tatsu during fast travels.
Now I can actually communicate with people in conquest squads! I even found a fellow ticket farmer!
Just took down a tyrant turkey! Thanksgiving dinner anyone?
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!....
It's been weeks now. I should have been able to take my shot already. This is ridiculous.
I'm going crazy.
One Strip! One Strip!Only advice I have is do more squad missions and squad tasks. Also pay attention to how full the circle is when you load the game. IIRC, I've had it come around at about half and just before full.
I see. I'll do that. I remember it tends to show up around then....
Wait? Does doing Squad Missions increase the chances of it appearing?
One Strip! One Strip!I managed to tackle it last Monday. The appearances are sporadic, so just be patient.
This past monday?
Bah! I was working then! I knew something like that would happen?
One Strip! One Strip!Squad missions contribute to getting both global nemeses to appear, which is based on the circle after you go past the title screen
If only the RP whores "moved on" to some other game, we'd be seeing a bit more of the Nemesis than a few hours.
So still no sign of Plume, but I managed to get my last two characters (Mia and Boze) up to level 50, so I bought my 4th and last Level 50 Skell.
Guess I'll need to decide what to do with the other Level 30's soon enough. Probably just sell them. I've got more then enough money, but why not have some more.
So all that's left for now is to fight Telethia Plume. Then Yggrdalith Zero (since I'm apparently good for taking him on as well), and then finish the game.
One Strip! One Strip! When the Global Nemesis is active, consider enabling BLADE reports. You may find an altruistic player who's willing to help anyone (and I mean anyone, they'll give you a pass if you're underlevelled) farm for appendages and tickets. They're usually equipped with an Ares 90, if not a super skell min-maxed for appendage smashing.
Cool. Well, the Nemesis is close. I think I should have a chance soon.
One Strip! One Strip! It's worth noting that advice really only applies to you if you're in a Conquest squad. In a Lifehold squad you're probably never going to get help from other players.
I should have mentioned that. But you wouldn't really fight a Nemesis in a Lifehold squad, would you?
Oh right.
Well, never mind then. I've been entirely a Lifehold squad guy since I started.
Anyway, it should be coming up soon right. Gauge for the Nemesis is almost full. Maybe I can catch it sometime later today or tomorrow.
One Strip! One Strip!Even if you aren't going for the nemesis, you should probably be in a conquest squad unless you specifically want to go after the squad tasks and missions by yourself. Free tickets that way.
I've gotten plenty of tickets even when not in a Conquest Squad to be honest just from other people doing stuff.
I'm also currently maxed out at 9999 tickets so I'm kinda good right now.
One Strip! One Strip!Neilnail Masks and Silver Vita Cores are expensive, though.
I sure said that!Yeah, if you want the Ares 90, or any level 60 skell for that matter I'd start getting what you can from the reward tickets now that you've hit the max.
Ok....Guess I should look that up then.
So, I kept Mia in my party to continue raising her Affinity, and swapped out Hope and Boze for The Murderess and L.
All three have Affinity Missions post game, so working on Affinity with them while I have the chance just seems like a smart move.
Until then, I'll keep waiting for Telethia Plume....man, I'm gonna be so pissed if I finally get it and it kicks my ass....then again, I now have 4 Level 50 Skells that anyone can use, and the right reflection Augments in all of my Skells, so I'm feeling lucky.
Now I just need to catch the fucker. He knows I'm out there. That's why he's letting those RP Farmers get to him first. He knows he can't stand up to Handsome Rob.
One Strip! One Strip!
When the hell is Telethia Plume coming back?
Man, I just know the fucker is gonna slip back in when I'm not around, which I won't be for most of tomorrow!
I blame everyone everywhere for everything!!!!!
One Strip! One Strip!
