Dia looked towards James and Iris, keeping a straight face despite the worry inside her. "I'm not really sure, James, Iris. This could be a relaxing trip, or it could be an action-packed one. I think it would help us bond together more, though. I just hope it's not near the ocean."
(Please, I don't want to meet up with him... not today)

...ehehAfter putting a few dishes away and wrapping up more of the snacks for those who'd yet to show up, he shook his head.
"W-Well, t-to be fair, Iris, i-it has been pretty q-quiet here...still no, um, m-missons or anything l-like that and..." He paused, glancing and nodding in agreement with Connor.
"H-He's got a p-point and he's p-probably right, so unless it's a t-trip a-about learning s-something, it might be a misson in d-disguise. And the Ocean...? I-I don't think I've a-actually seen it, so...w-who knows..."

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day."W-why? Are you scared o-of water?", Iris asks while getting herself some pancakes.

Gage had no comment about what people thought of his manners. Vale Public School 098, situated in the heart of gang territory, was a place where the heels of high society had never chosen to tread.
Which made Gage somewhat thankful for the change in topic.
"I know how to swim, but I never been to the ocean."
There was a buzzing in his Scroll. An unmarked number, though he had some idea.
Head straight for the Airbus. Memorize this number then delete this message
Of the many things that did serve him well, it was a fantastic memory. He memorized the number in a few blinks before swiping the log clean.

Dia tells her teammates about her experiences with the ocean, trying to keep a straight face as much as possible. "I've been to the ocean once before. I'm just not sure how things will turn out if I go there again."
Dia quietly whispers to Iris, still trying to keep a straight face. "I'm not scared of water, Iris. I just... have a bad relationship with something that lives in it."

...eheh"W-what was it, Dia?", Iris whispered back.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015"It's a Grimm... It resembled a giant stingray... It ate my kidnappers, then it tried to kill me while I was still taken hostage on the boat." Dia whispered to Iris.

...eheh"O-oh...that sounds really s-scary...", Iris replied.
"Never let anyone tell you that something is impossible." - Monty Oum, 1981-2015"I've been having nightmares of it ever since..." Dia whispered, unable to hide her worried expression.
...ehehJames tilted his head and looked slightly concerned.
"I-If we were going t-to the ocean, I-I don't think we'd a-actually be...on a b-boat over t-the water. A-And...I'm not e-even sure what the weather w-would be like, so, I d-don't think we'd be going there to swim...so..."
He paused for a moment, thinking about what he just said and facepalmed, going slightly red.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day."Don't worry, James. I don't think we'll be swimming if we go there. Some of us may not be able to swim, and I'm sure Beacon takes that into consideration. I just don't want to be near the ocean water." Dia replied to James with a bit of worry in her eyes, while she tried her best to kept her hands from fidgeting.

...eheh"W-Well, l-like I was saying, w-we wouldn't be going a-all that way for that, I-I mean, w-we've got a pool h-here...so...a-and relax, i-if you don't want t-to go near t-the water, I don't think y-you'd need to..."
Looking at Dia and her sort of shaking, he frowned.
"...J-Just relax, okay? I-If you're worried a-about something happening, w-well, you have all of u-us to protect you, s-so it'll be a-alright."

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Dia calmed down after James's reassurement. "Thanks, James. We'll always be around to protect each other."
She then smiled a bit, no longer shaking. "I guess I shouldn't be worried worry too much, then. After all, I don't think we'll have to go into the water."

There was a sudden hearty smack at Dia's back. Applied, as it was, by a grinning Merrick Gage.
"That's the ticket! Whatever nasty thing that comes up, we'll all get together and give it a taste of Hunter boot!" He laughed gleefully.
Dia winced a bit as she felt the smack on her back, while slightly rolling her eyes. (Sigh, another delinquent custom?)
Of course, the words that came from Gage brightened her up even more. "I've got to say that you're right indeed, Gage. We shouldn't have problems with any Grimm that we face today."
(I hope they can help me face my nightmare... if it really appears today)
...eheh...Ouch, that looked like it would've hurt a bit.
Snapping back to reality, James nodded. "E-Exactly. P-Probably not going t-to be doing a-anything l-like that at all. M-Mostly because w-we'd probably be given a b-bit more of a w-warning. ...I-I think."
Either way, he quickly got back to making sure everything was ready.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Dia smiled ever so slightly to James. "It was mainly some nightmare I had last night that got me worried and thinking about the ocean, James. I'm sure that things will be fine since it was probably just a nightmare."

...eheh"Seriously, can tell me if thing is wrong... I mean, am sitting on window just to making sure people don't acquire inconvenience from smoke." Quartz replied with a reassuring smile, idly listening to the others conversation nearby.
"And, um, hour and half? Why? Is about trip others talk about?"
"I-It's just...a nightmare, try not to worry...too much about i-it, okay? And, um, yes, we were t-told to, um, g-go to the Airbus b-by then...that's kind of a-all they told us, Quartz..."
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day."Hm? They tell us? How?" Quartz asked, a bit confused.
For a second, James looked confused before rummaging through his backpack to find his Scroll before holding it out, with the message saying all students were to head to the Airbus by 8:30.
"...Don't know why...something like this is happening, but if it's...a mission...might be a welcome change, really...it's been...pretty quiet, after all..."

Her normal outfit is a black leather jacket with a red stripe running done the sleeves, black skinny jeans. Under her jacket Fe choice to wear a black t-shirt with a cartoony skull on it.
"Don't stare to long boy" She said with a wink at James and Gage.
They can't for the life of them understand why nobody liked being ruled by a group of manic depressive demigods - 4chanDia had been calming herself down for a while. She picked up her bag containing materials and stuff, and motioned to her team with her hand. "I'll be going to get my weapon, team, and will be back in a bit. It helps to be prepared."
Dia Rayfer then walked out of the kitchen to get Corona. She felt safer with Corona around, as it was both her weapon and Semblance which helped to protect her.

Samuel looked towards Connor as he stated that it was likely whatever they were doing was combat-related. "Hah! Finally. For Beacon Academy, this place has been pretty quiet - and the duels yesterday don't count, fairly sure we can do those anytime. A chance to flex my muscles in a combat exercise... now that'll be nice."
He then turned to Quartz. "How? We got a message on our Scrolls. Please tell me you have a Scroll, I'm half-sure Ozpin gives out the damn things."
"Seven is here too, dressed like the concept of choosing clothes that look nice together was an arcane secret far beyond their grasp."

Connor chuckled as those around him suggested that they might just be going on pleasant non-combat oriented trip. "I've a funny feelin' that this is nae goin' tae be the sort o' trip focused on relaxin', considerin' the sort o' school this is an' all."
