Prior thread did agree to this image. And it does show the trope, seeing as he (?) happens to hide in front of someone who is screening owls. Let's not start such threads without a suggestion.

The trope's about hiding in a place where the enemies would least likely find the person (in other words, "Right Under Their Noses"). The current image doesn't demonstrate this.
It demonstrates both Paper-Thin Disguise and what appears to be a variant of Spot the Imposter, yes, but I don't see any clues that the cat's hiding "right under the enemies' noses". In fact, the title of the image, "Is there a spy amongst us?" implies that the leader owl deliberately gathered the other owls in order to see if there's a "spy" amongst them.
