Yup, calling for Femme Fatale Spy.
So, it has been decided that the article will have a namechange. The new name, Femme Fatale Spy, itself has been voted in a crowner by a majority of tropers. And the crowner itself has been closed for more than two months now.
So why has the article not changed its name yet?
I don't see what still needs to be done here? Does somebody have to create a page under the new name and migrate everything there, including crosswicking all other links to it? Because if a volunteer is needed I gladly go forward and do it. I promised to make a Useful Notes page for Mata Hari anyway, so I'll have to crosswick to that one too either way. Might as well do both at the same time then.

Someone has to do the scutwork, sire. Pages don't rename themselves, after all. There is guidance on How to Move a Page for the procedure.

The neccessary changes have been made and added. Femme Fatale Spy is now the new article and Mata Hari the useful notes page about the historical individual. Discussion can be closed.

I'll start an IP thread for Femme Fatale Spy since as is it's JAFAAC. My vote is to move the pic that's there now to Mata Hari's page since the current there is a little too close to NSFW for my taste.

I'd add a link to Femme Fatale Spy onto the Mata Hari disambiguation page. Something like:
"For the trope formerly named "Mata Hari" and inspired by the historical spy, see Femme Fatale Spy".
It would help people who were used to Femme Fatale Spy being named "Mata Hari", and who would be confused where to find it now.
You don't need agreement for adding items on a disambiguation.
