He would if given the chance.
(Context: Stain slashing up Endeavor)

It's rather depressing that with all the heroes he did cut up, he somehow missed the one dude who perfectly fits his definition of fake hero.
So yeah, fuck you Stain. You literally had one job (that you gave to yourself), and you botched it. Horribly.
One Strip! One Strip! It's less about missing him and more about not getting the chance, I believe.

Also I'm not sure Stain would win in a fight against Endeavor.
Which may be the simple reason he never tried against Endeavor. Stain didn't strike me as the type to try a fight he couldn't win.
Stain meeting Endeavor seemed like a case of Honor Before Reason to me. He would most likely lose, and he knew it but he wanted his ideology to live on.

I can picture him trying even if he knew he couldn't win if they came across each other.
This is a guy who still wanted to kill Iida even after the latter realized he'd fucked up, because he's so knight templar-ish that once you're judged to be insufficient by his standards, you stay that way forever.
It's also the same reason he actually saved Deku, because the kid did fit his ideas, and that was that. Nothing else mattered. He's completely unyielding in his ideas, even to the exclusion of any other logic.
One Strip! One Strip! As long as he startles Endeavor he can get a lucky hit in. We see him startle Endeavor when he was being cocky while nearly dead and saving Deku just a second ago. Fainting stopping him from going any further.
They are still human afterall, just like Af O shit talked All Might and got that hit in.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. It's a shame Charles Atlas Superpower only applies to important people.
Secret SignatureYou know, it probably says something kind of bad that you all are talking as if it's a bad thing that the deranged lunatic didn't get the chance to cripple/murder someone.
And Stain is stated to be an opportunist. He went to an area, found like three heroes with their guards down, and did his thing before they could fight back. Who they were didn't seem to matter, because again, the only one he didn't consider a fake was All Might.
That being said, I doubt he specifically avoided going up against Endeavor, as we saw from his last moments.

Wasn't it four? Because four is death?
Forever liveblogging the AvengersWhile going over the chapter again just now, I had a thought:
We know that Fallout Boy Mirio was suggested to All Might as a potential successor. It's also been heavily implied that he studied under Sir Supermoto, who in turn is implied to have been All Might's former sidekick.
With this in mind: Is it possible that Sir is the one who suggested Mirio to All Might as a successor? If so, how will he feel if/when he realizes All Might picked Deku instead?
Side note, another forum I frequent did this◊ in honor of Sir.

Wasn't it shown to be the principal who recommended Mirio?
I wonder if All Might even meet Mirio before deciding to give One For All to Izuku?
Mangastream makes it out like he did and just decided against him, but if that translation is apparently wrong, there's a chance he didn't even judge him for himself. I mean, I doubt All Might is going to have any regrets about it, but if Izuku finds out about this it'll probably have him doubting All Might's decision again.
Unless of course, his resolve has moved past that, that could be interesting.
Now you mention it, I remember All Might's narration specified the call about Mirio came from UA, though does not specify the principal. Still, doesn't mean Sir couldn't have been involved in some fashion.
Chapter's out.
looks like Overhaul and Tomoura are going to be butting heads real soon. And apparently their powers are similar to each other, so a fight would end with both of them dead or mortally wounded....very interesting. Overhaul still has more experience than Tomoura though, so lets see what happens after this.
Too many Touch of Death Quirks.
Secret SignatureI think this was the first time Shigiraki has actually managed to kill someone onscreen.

Shit this was like Goddamn epic. Also amazing colored cover. They say a hero is defined by his villains, Batman has the Joker & co, Superman has Lex Luthor & co, Flash has the Rogues and the Reverse-Flash & Deku is looking to have some fucking awesome villains worthy of standing alongside the upper echelons of elite super-villainy.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."This chapter was awesome. Horikoshi manages to make characters that instantly endear themselves to you. I have one question.
Will Facepalm-kun get his own rival harem?
That was a pretty bloody chapter, especially after things have been lighthearted for so long.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Exploding people into blood isn't that gory in manga.Maybe if there were organs or bones flying along.
Secret SignatureHe what was that bit about Magne supposed to be implying? Because I guess his friend was trans but was he supposed to be, or was it just a general "I want to live how I want to live!" thing?

Yeah, I took it as his friend not having the courage to fully live how he wanted, limiting himself to cross-dressing or whatever, while he fully embraced the lifestyle he chose.
But seriously, I'd have to say Overhaul's gang is my preferred villain group. They got the sinister uniform, the boss actually knows what he's doing, and they're downright scary calm. Seriously, that Bane and little ghost duo are hilarious-looking, though.
Stain's definition of "fake hero" is basically "anyone who isn't All Might". There are obviously a lot of problems with that, as I'm sure you're already aware of and will see later.
