This continent has long been plagued by war. It is a place of abundance, of life and diversity. Many souls dwell within this great land, all in chase of simple happiness. Many attain this goal, be it in great palaces or in a small shack in a small farming village. However, it is the same abundance which has bred greed, for those who seek to hoard more and more of this plenty for themselves. It is this same diversity that has fueled some of greatest feuds in the land, as the different paths that its people find in this life often brings them into conflict. And it is this life... the people and animals which fill the land who bring about the clash, who seek out the power to defend their own, attack their enemies and come upon the riches claimed by others. Power comes in many different forms... but at the end of the day, in this war torn land a truth remains... those who wield the greatest power shall rule to bring their dreams into reality.

Since time untold the power of Chakra and the arts to manipulate it have been the greatest powers attainable by humans through the land. The life energy of Chakra manifests in a myriad of forms, used in a myriad of techniques that allow humans to perform feats beyond their natural abilities, control the elements and beyond. In this continent, those who studied the power of Chakra and practiced it were the forefathers of the Ninja of today. Long ago, the clans of ninja warred all over the land, either for dominance or selling their skills to the highest bidder. Blood soaked the land, children were made to become soldiers and thousands of traditions and techniques were born and died during this period. It wasn't until great men finally put an end to the conflict and the war that we finally saw a better path.

Ninjas all over the land gathered to found their own villages hidden from the eyes of the common man. They practiced their arts in secret and lent their skills to whoever could afford it or in defense of the countries established after the end of the war. While there were still battles, assassinations and bloodshed, this marked the beginning of an era of peace for most of the nations. It was during this time that our village, the Village Hidden Among the Peaks was founded.

Up high on the mountains, passing through the Great Waterfall, lies our village surrounded by the Peaks. Small only in comparison to the great others, The Hidden Peak Village has maintained itself neutral on all conflicts since its founding, not even claiming allegiance to any single land. Subsisting from a series farms on terraces carved onto the side of the mountains, we take what we need of the outside world by the coin earned by our valiant ninja and the metals and jewels found on the depths of the tunnels beneath the city. Now, a hundred and thirty five years since its founding, a new generation of ninja prepare themselves to face the outside world... to bring new honor and pride to the Hidden Peak Village.


So yup, this is a Naruto RP. It's being co-led by myself, Scorpiorat and Daltar. Also, it's kind of special. It's an alternate universe Naruto RP. There is no Naruto. There is no Uchiha. No Sharingan. No Fourth Shinobi World War, and no jinchūriki (also the tailed beasts are a myth).

This RP will deal with a new world that takes the great things from Naruto's setting. The politics, the villages, the chakra and the jutsu, to create an interest adventure. Your characters will be similar to the original teams from Konoha. Genin training and going on missions in teams of three, led by a Jonin, trying to becoming the best ninja you can be. The RP will mostly go through periods where teams are on missions, or enjoying their lives around the village, in edition to important story arcs that may or may not come up. Everyone encouraged to bring forth interesting ideas and plots to the table.

One thing that is important to this RP is that we will not tolerate...the weirdos. You know what I'm talking about. This is a Naruto RP yes, but I don't want to see anyone playing as the daughter of Sakura and Shikamaru or something like that. We are strongly emphasizing creative ideas, well-though out jutsu and characters that will be fun to RP with. Myself, or any of the other co-GM's reserve the right to not allow you into the RP if we feel you are not up to snuff.

Rules of the RP are the same basic rules subject to the rest of the roleplay board. Feel free to ask questions, if something isn't allowed we will tell you. Daltar and Scorpiorat have as much jurisdiction as I do, but anyone can offer constructive character criticism for the benefit of the group.

  • Elemental Affinity: Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth, and Water are the main five to choose from.
  • Abilities:
    • The Big Three: Taijutsu, Genjutsu and Ninjutsu are the main subset of abilities in the art of the Shinobi. Of them Taijutsu tends to be purely Physical while Genjutsu and Ninjutsu depend more strongly on Chakra. You start with no points in each of this abilities, which is basically rank zero covering the basics that every ninja knows of these three arts and what is the basic curriculum of the Ninja Academy. You may spend additional 4 points on any of the three, or you can sink all 4 points into one. If you wish do so you become an ultimate specialist... but you lose all basic profiency in the other two types of jutsu. You may be a Master of the Body who is stunted in both Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, a Master of Ninjutsu who forsakes both Taijutsu and Genjutsu or a Master of the Mind who loses access to both Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. After assigning the points, you may explain in the field the techniques attained by the rank and general skills conferred by it. You may attain 2 signature skills or jutsus per point sank into one of the categories or a general benefit. Someone may sink a point in Ninjutsu to learn 2 new fire based attacks or someone may sink a point in Taijutsu to increase sorely their speed and advanced combat training. If any of your abilities or jutsu are official ones from the anime, manga or games, link them from the Naruto wiki.
      • Taijutsu: The abilities and skills to fight using the body or weapons, representing as well physical conditioning, senses, strength and agility. A higher rank in this confers greater capabilities in physical combat, access to skills to enhances the body as well as special abilities in combat. This type emphasizes different kinds of martial arts and weapon mastery. In rank Zero by the curriculum of the Academy, students are taught martial arts, the use of ninja weaponry such as kunai and shuriken, basic trap laying and enough physical enhancement to do the signature tree jumping movement and running on water.
      • Genjutsu: The ability to use Chakra to affect the mind and senses of other people. Usually requiring a trigger to touch upon one of the senses of the victim, the Genjutsu then affects the mind and nervous system, causing a myriad of possible effects or illusions. Ranks in this ability grant access to more illusions, techniques and more convenient triggers on which to affect people as well as increasing the difficulty of snapping out of them. Rank 0 on this ability doesn't teach any Genjutsu, but teaches how to recognize and combat Genjutsu as well as how to snap out of the basic ones.
      • Ninjutsu: The ability to use Chakra to manipulate the world, bringing forth physical effects upon it. Ranks in it allow access to more and stronger techniques of different abilities as well as representing greater control of Chakra and abilities derived from it. In Rank Zero, students are taught the Transformation Ability, Clone Technique, Body Replacement Technique, Generic Sealing Technique, Cloak of Invisibility Technique and Body Flicker Technique.
    • Legacy Skill: All ninjas have a legacy, be it in their blood, the people who raised them or their family. This is such a manifestation. You may list here a Bloodline Ability a genetic trait bred into a long line of ninjas which confers access to a skill mastered by the clan in question. If you don't desire a trait passed down by blood, you may list a practice or special training given by those who raised you or a status granted by your background. This could be wealth, political influence, familiars, scrolls of animal friendship, artifacts or some other bonus to define your character. You start with one jutsu or bonus derived from your legacy which tends to be stronger than normal jutsu and may attain more as times goes by. The legacy ability is also subject to your jutsu ranking. For example, a ninja with 4 points in Taijutsu wouldn't have a bloodline ability that lets him shoot fireballs. This ability is also subject to Elemental Affinity, but it can be an odd combination of two or three of the five elements. [[, but there are many more to choose from. Use this for inspiration. Note that advanced combinations are quite advanced skills, usually reserved for bloodlines. Use this for inspiration.]]
    • Miscellaneous Skills and Abilities: A list of other interests, skills and knowledge your character has attained over the years. In ninja school basic education is given, plus basic knowledge of tactics, stealth, infiltration and the sort. Female ninjas are also taught 'womanly' skills they may need to infiltrate high society out in the world, such as flower arrangement.
  • Possessions and Assets:
    • Loadout: The pieces of weaponry or gear which your ninja tends to have on their person on average when out in a mission. Specify items and their number.
    • Assets and other Possessions: Where does your character live, what is their financial situation, what noteworthy possessions do they have and other such details go here.
  • Bio: Your life leading up to becoming a genin in the village. Family is very important to the shinobi, what were they like?

  • Name: Haruya Hyuga

  • Age: 16

  • Gender: Male

  • Rank: Genin

  • Appearance: About 5’ 3” with a relatively thin body type. His hair is standard Hyuga black that falls down to just past his shoulders. The hair is actually relatively messy compared to the rest of his clan. He has slightly baggy pants to allow for as much freedom of movement as possible and hoodie with sleeves in the same style.

  • Personality: Sometimes Haruya seems like two different people. On a mission he is calm, cool, collected and focused. Typical sniper. Outside of a mission he is actually a little bit more emotional. He’s generally pretty laid back and cheerful, but a bit of a short temper. Unfortunately the temper can also be triggered on a mission and has caused a few issues… We don’t talk about those times very often. A few other things, he has a bit of a trigger for his temper concerning his height. Also due to having to learn the main techniques of the Hyuga family through reverse engineering training, he has shown to be a very hard worker, constantly training to prove himself to his father and the Hyuga family.

      • Gentle Fist Guiding Palm: A strike meant to be used as a parry. The palm is used to be applied to attacker’s body to momentarily disrupt the flow through a chakra point allowing Haruya to easily redirect the strike and counterattack with either a second palm strike, needle to a chakra point, or both.

      • Gentle Fist Senbon Palm: After shooting a senbon from the wrist mounted launcher into a chakra point, Haruya drives his palm to force the needle farther into the skin, while at the same time charging the needle with his own chakra and locking down movement in the point's vicinity until the needle is removed, either through physical means or by the targets own chakra (though this takes a large amount of skill to do instantly)

      • Gentle Fist Inversion Raging Palm: An accidental technique developed during Haruya's early days of training in the Gentle Fist style. He got angry (as he often can with his short temper) and ended up performing a strike that damaged his older brother's chakra point as well as breaking the arm. This is a wild strike that ignores the Gentle Fist's focus on internal damage in favor of external disabling damage with lessened internal damage.

      • Water Style Variant: Storming Water Prison Jutsu: Variation of the Water Prison Jutsu where a user of the Gentle Fist style will send a wave of chakra through the water as if he was using the Gentle Fist, causing chakra shockwaves to be sent throughout. (Hand Seal Order: Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out or Snake → Ox → Clap Hands)

    • Miscellaneous Skills and Abilities: Marksman: Haruya is very good with projectiles, no matter the range.

  • Possessions and Assets:

    • Loadout:

      • Forehead protector: Standard issue for Shinobi as everyone knows. When on a mission he pulls the headband over his eyes and looks through with his Byakugan. One reason for this is to hide the fact that he possesses the Byakugan.

      • Summoning Scroll: Keeps his longbow and quiver in this small scroll to allow for more freedom of movement. Quiver has about 30 arrows.

      • Kunai x20: Has 10 Kunai in pouches on the side of each of his legs.

      • Wrist Mounted Senbon Shooter: A small, discreet device that shoots out Senbon needles of about 3 inches in length. The shooter has a capacity of about 10 needles. He carries about 90 needles for reloading on a pouch on his arm.

      • Eyedrops: Specially made eyedrops made to lessen the side effects of prolonged use of the Byakugan, as long as it was no longer than 24 hours.

    • Assets and other Possessions: As a member of the Hyuga family, Haruya is relatively well off, especially considering he is in the main family. He lives in the main family mansion and is generally pretty wealthy, though he doesn’t care much for money.

  • Bio: The second child of the latest generation of the main branch of the Hyuga family. Haruya grew up idolizing his older brother, a strong shinobi who had built up quite a reputation even for a member of the Hyuga family. Haruya wanted to follow in his brother’s footsteps, but as the second child he would not traditionally be taught some of the techniques of the Gentle Fist, such as the iconic 64 Palms. However Haruya was not one to give up, so he went to his father and asked him if he could bend the rules, and his father agreed on a few conditions. One, Haruya would learn from his older brother, two, Haruya would have to prove through missions once he became a shinobi that he was worthy of learning the greater techniques, though allowing Haruya’s brother to teach him the stepping stone technique of the 32 Palms. Three, Haruya would be given another challenge of having to cover his eyes when he went on missions for the earlier stated reason, as well as to strengthen him. Finally, when Haruya’s brother was done training him, Haruya would have to have decided on his own, separate strengths. To teach him that following in another’s footsteps was not the way to become strong.

  • Name: Shun Inuzuka

  • Appearance:
Shun is 5' 6” and not very bulky but still muscular, built more for speed instead of power. She has long, messy brown hair tied into a low ponytail that stops at her lower back, and sharp bangs that cover her forehead. Her eyes are brown, but her pupils are so slitted that this isn't very noticeable. Her canine teeth are sharper than normal, and one of them sticks out a little when her mouth is closed. The red fang tattoos on her cheeks identify her clan affiliation. She wears her headband tied around her neck and has a pair of fingerless gloves where she hides her claw weapons. Shun's ninja attire consists of light wooden chest armor under a layer of chain mesh, and wears an open light blue vest over it. She wraps her bare arms with bandages for protection. Her three quarter long pants are a darker blue color, and she has a standard weapons pouch and knife holster attached to them. Her shoes are black open toed ninja boots.

  • Personality:
Despite her rougher, wild looking appearance, Shun is a respectful girl who tends to fall in with her perceived “leader's” directions, and a big fan of teamwork. However, she is not a sheep, and if she feels like someone is doing something stupid, Shun will call them out on it without hesitation. If she's comfortable around someone, she can be rather blunt and come off as rude when talking to them. Shun is very protective over her friends, treating them like family once she's grown used to them. She is very energetic in fights, and has to restrain herself to not go barreling into them without a plan.

  • Elemental Affinity: Earth

  • Abilities:

    • Taijutsu: 2

-Tunneling Fang: An Inuzuka clan technique that allows Shun to spin like a human drill, ripping opponents up with her claws as she passes by at high speed.

-Iron Fang over Fang: This is a spin off of the upgraded version of Tunneling Fang, where both Shun and her ninja hound become drills to strike the opponent in sync. They can move in two different directions and bounce off each other, and their combined power can even cut into solid rock with a direct hit. Their cutting strength is boosted with Shun's iron claw weapons.

-Whirlwind Fang: Shun spins like a tornado instead of a drill and can deflect projectiles using her claws as she attacks. She can only keep this up for a short time, as she gets dizzy quickly. A strong, solid hit can knock her out of her spin as well.

  • Ninjutsu: 2

-Ninja Art of Beast Mimicry: All-Fours Jutsu: Shun spreads her chakra evenly around her body to boost her speed and reflexes temporarily. This causes her to fight more like a beast, running on her hands and feet and using wilder, less predictable strikes.

-Ninja Art of Beast Mimicry: Man-Beast Clone: Shun transforms her ninja hound into a perfect clone of herself, and they both become more feral, growing sharper nails and fangs, and acting beast-like. Hitting the dog hard enough to break the transformation cancels it completely.

-Earth Style: Head Hunter Jutsu: Shun digs herself underground and burrows under the opponent before dragging them down until they're buried up to their neck. It can also be used for hiding.

  • Genjutsu: 0

  • Legacy Skill:

-Inuzuka Clan Training: Shun has been taught by her clan how to strengthen her senses with chakra for tracking, and as a result her ears and nose are stronger than usual. She also fight with their signature Man-Beast taijutsu style, preferring quick hit and run tactics involving clawing and vicious full body tackles.

-Ninja Hound: Shun's partner is Akane, a large, sandy brown and white Tibetan Mastiff dog. Akane is highly loyal and is an excellent tracker, along with being huge enough to ride on comfortably.

  • Miscellaneous Skills and Abilities: Shun is a neat freak and likes keeping herself and others tidy and organized, so she's very good at making things look nice and cleaning up in general. She is also a music lover, but doesn't play any instruments herself. Shun studies poisons and will dip some of her weapons in her own special concoctions to weaken her foes once she cuts them. She has a deep knowledge of canines in particular, and can understand them better than a Non-Inuzuka due to her growing up around them.

  • Possessions and Assets:

    • Loadout: Shun has 10 shuriken and a large kunai for hand to hand combat in her weapons holster strapped to her leg. Her back pouch attached to her belt contains 5 smoke bombs, a pack of 10 soldier pills to refuel her chakra levels, 5 throwing kunai, a small bottle of poison and matching antidote, and a couple of rolls of bandages. Her gloves contain hidden claw weapons that extend when she wants them to, and she coats them with poison when on missions.

    • Assets and other Possessions: Shun lives in the Inuzuka Compound, a set of buildings that sit on a designated section of the mountain the village encompasses. The clan isn't the wealthiest, but they have enough money to maintain their grounds and take care of their dogs, kept in a large kennel structure. Shun's prized possession is her late mother's flute, which she keeps safe at home but never plays. She also carries around a brush for Akane.

  • Bio:
Shun's father is a member of the Inuzuka clan, brother to the clan's head. Her mother was a wandering merchant who settled down in the village one day, using it as a safe haven from the raging wars outside its borders. When Shun was 5, her mother was caught in a bandit raid and killed on the road, leaving only memories and a flute behind. Shun was devastated for a while, but it seemed to change her father forever. He became more subdued after that, and tried his best to push Shun into learning skills that would help her fight with minimal injury, since she still wanted to be a ninja. This was when she discovered the art of poison, and started incorporating it into her arsenal. He also went out of his way to find his daughter the toughest dog he could get as a partner, Akane. Shun and Akane bonded immediately, and the pain of her mother's death was soothed to a degree. Her father's protectiveness made her a little more cautious than the average Inuzuka would be. Over the years she trained in the Academy, Shun eventually got over it, with her near obsessive cleaning habit as the only remnant of that stage of her life. The last thing her mother said to her before she left that day was to clean her room.

  • Name: Tsurugi Yamamoto
  • Age: 18
  • Gender: M
  • Rank: Genin
  • Appearance: Tsurugi is a short and skinny ninja, on the low end of Ninja athleticism. He has brown hair cut into a stubble on his head and stubby, rounded features that make his face look kind of squished in. He always tries to always dress light and slim. In the field, he typically wears a short-sleeved white shirt over a long-sleeved blue one, with form-hugging black pants designed to tear away instead of unravel or snag. He feels uncomfortable wearing his Ninja Headband, and instead wears it as part of a tie.
  • Personality: Tsurugi is aggressively pursuant of truth and transparency. He believes that most people in the world define reality subjectively, a toxic doctrine that encourages violence—which he defines academically as the imposition of one's will on another through any means, not necessarily just physical force. When conversing with people he tries to make sure everyone has all their implicit assumptions defined and unpacked, so that nothing is hidden in rhetoric. He sees jutsu as the practice of admiring the truth of the world—that weather has patterns that can be interpreted, deconstructed, and utilized to do good.
  • Elemental Affinity: Wind? Open to suggestions on this
  • Abilities:
    • The Big Three:
      • Taijutsu: 0
      • Genjutsu: 1. Tsurugi has specialized not into more advanced techniques on using Genjutsu, but has instead strengthened his resistance to it—-he has no real techniques in this field, but he's really good at the mechanics of defending, identifying, resisting, and dispersing Genjutsu.
      • Ninjutsu: 3. Tsurugi's specialty is the control of weather... in a 5-foot radius around his body. This can be boiled down to 6 major techniques:
        • Storm Truth Perception, which grants Tsurugi precise information about the movements of the air in his range such that he can sense anything that disrupts it
        • Air Truth Turbulence, which creates multiple atmospheres around his body to shield himself from attacks and projectiles, actually igniting things that pass through the atmospheres because of the high friction
        • Air Truth Revelation which consumes chakra to give Tsurugi accurate knowledge of all the subtances in the air around him at the time the technique is activated
        • Isolation Truth Filter, which projects chakra out to the edge of his range to essentially act as a semipermeable air filter, provided he first used Content Control to imbue his field with information on the specific substances to be let into or out of the Isolation field
        • Storm Truth Ejection, which creates strong winds pushing away from Tsurugi at a high chakra cost
        • Cloud Truth Condensation, which draws and cools water into fog or cloud formations around Tsurugi to act as a veil. These clouds can rain, snow, or sleet, provided it's already cool enough outside without Tsurugi's interference, and must be at least partially deployed in order for Tsurugi's Legacy Skill to work.
    • Legacy Skill: The Yamamoto bloodline has always been obsessed with that most ethereal and dangerous element of weather: lightning, a combination of Wind, Water, and Fire. Upon deploying Condensation, Tsurugi can call up the elemental affinity of both Wind and Fire to create electrical imbalances within his range; given about 4 seconds of concentration, he can strike an enemy in range with a bolt of lightning from his clouds: the Natural Truth Lightning, a completely mundane—if short-range—lightning strike.
    • Miscellaneous Skills and Abilities: Tsurugi is a skilled meteorologist.
  • Possessions and Assets:
    • Loadout: About a dozen kunai and shuriken, a wakizashi, some wire with steel ground stakes to set it down, caltrops, and several scrolls that contain bottles of water.
    • Assets and other Possessions: Tsurugi lives in a middle-class household. His home has two stories and 4 bedrooms across him, his parents, and his two sisters—Chihiro Yamamoto and Chiharu Yamamoto. Their "weather station" is equipped with a fully functional printshop and a set of computers and servers that monitor current, past, and future weather conditions to deliver accurate weather reports every day, as the only game in town regarding meteorology in and around the village.
  • Bio: Tsurugi's family have been weather shinobi for generations now, both helping out folks in regular conveniences and to forecast optimal times for the clan to strike. Tsurugi himself grew up in an environment led by his dad, who impressed his own reasons for why they were studying the weather onto his son very quickly: truth. Tsurugi's insistence on honesty and refusal to accept implicit understandings and unstated facts of life forced him into social seclusion and introversion; he made it to genin by just testing well and finishing tasks, not by any particularly fantastic feats or spectacular bonds formed in life. Up till this point, his life's been kind of empty, and Tsurugi thinks that that isn't right, so this year he's going to make friends!

  • Personality: Shihio is a rather laidback individual, never missing a chance to start up some Snark-to-Snark Combat. He likes trying to create new bacteria for his jutsu to utilize, okonomiyaki, and people who aren't creeped out by his germ-using family. He dislikes deserts as there aren't many bacteria capable of surviving the desert heat without specific methods of transportation and kitsune-udon. His goal for the future is to find and incorporate 534 different Bacteriums into his jutsu repertoire.

  • Personality: Very easy going and joyful. He takes every hardship presented to him as a challenge to be overcome with enthusiasm, willpower and strength of spirit. This is all due to the fact that he was told he would never make it into the shinobi academy on account of his blindness. Beneath this, he has incredible self doubts about his worth as a person and a future shinobi, mostly due to his crippling lack of sight. When all is said and done, he is determined to prove to himself, more than anyone else, that he does indeed have what it takes to overcome his disability.

    • Taijutsu – on top of his family’s own brand of Taijutsu, Arashi Ken (Tempest Fist), he utilizes a style that he himself has been experimenting with since a young age. The style is a bastardization of the Gentle Fist style and his Family’s own, Ippo had unknowingly recreated several of the Gentle Fist style’s techniques when making it, this style currently has no name, as Ippo doesn’t want to name an unfinished product.
      • Atom Smasher (Kasokuki): A quick lunge forward that ends with a single thrust punch to the opponent’s torso area, the punch itself acts as an “impure” gentle fist strike in that it shoots a blast of chakra into the opponent’s body in addition to the power of the punch, intent on causing as much damage as possible.
    • Ninjutsu – The only real Ninjutsu he knows how to do, really, is one “Thunder God’s Strikes” which imbues his strikes with lightning chakra.
    • Legacy Skill:
      • Demon Hunt (Akuma Kari): A dojutsu passed down his family line that was used in their profession of Oni Hunting. The Dojutsu normally allows one to see the world around them in infrared, letting them see through walls and see the heat signatures of their targets. Due to a mutation in the Dojutsu that left him blind when not using it, Ippo can also see “weak points” on opponents.
    • Miscellaneous Skills and Abilities: Extensive training has left him quite hardy and able to go on for quite some time before needing to take a break. His most formidable power, is his ability to seemingly eat anything set before him. Another thing that is of note is his ability to move incredibly quickly, due to his very extensive taijutsu training.

He doesn’t have any real keepsakes per se, but he does treasure the horn of an Oni his father handed to him when he was young, fashioned into a necklace.
  • Bio: Ippo was born to a clan of Oni Hunters settled in the Village Hidden in the Peaks, his birth was quite unnatural all things considered, for no member of their clan, the Kaminari, had been born blind before. Despite obvious disability this, it was clear that he would be capable enough to deal with it, perhaps even thrive with it. As such his training began when he was able to, something that he took great pride in, not caring that he could not truly see. ‘Ere long, it became time for him to enroll in the Ninja Academy at the behest of his father.

      • Genjutsu: Number the Stars. Fuu generates illusory figures, usually in great number. They are usually masked to hide their vague features. Similar to the Mist Servant Technique.
      • Genjutsu: Mind Tazer. Fuu's target becomes paralyzed and numb, feeling like they were hit by a stunning Lightning Release jutsu. Requires physical contact.

      • Wind Release: Pressure Bomb Jutsu. Fuu's Wind Chakra concentrates a large amound of air in a small sphere, bound by Chakra, then releases it, devestating the surrounding area. Usually thrown or used in conjunction with Chakra Transfer.
      • Wind Release: Air Cannon Jutsu. A modification of the Pressure Bomb Jutsu, the Air Cannon Jutsu is more of a shaped charge than a bomb, and it can also be used non-offensively to move objects and people at high speeds. Often used to propel her Anchor Kunai.
      • Wind Release: Tornado Drill Jutsu. Fuu creates a spiral of Wind Chakra around her arm, creating a drill. Similar in practice and application to techniques like Chidori or Rasengan, but extremely chakra intensive because it constantly expells more and more Chakra to propell her forward. Smaller versions can be used to drill holes or break locks.
      • Wind Relase: Tornado Wall Jutsu. Fuu rotates her Chakra at high speeds around her, creating a miniature tornado that shreds attacks with Wind Chakra. Can also be used horizontally, but doesn't provide omnidirectional coverage with Fuu's current control. Maintaining the wall for more than a few seconds is incredibly taxing, so Fuu usually activates it as late as possible.
    • Legacy Skill: Chakra Transfer: Fuu can transfer her chakra to anchoring seals bound to her, similar to the Fourth Hokage's Reverse Summoning technique. This allows her to "cast" jutsu without being in physical contact or close proximity. She can also transfer other people's Chakra if they mold it to hers.

      • Calligraphy: Years and years of perfectly writing down the anchoring seal for the Chakra Transfer technique have nearly perfected Fuu's calligraphy, and she always carries a calligraphy set with her in case she needs to make more anchors.

Her head bow is passed down through her maternal line and is extremely durable.
  • Bio: The Kamizuke Clan is a medium-sized clan that has been part of the Village Hidden in the Cliffs for a few generations. They are known for their exceptional Chakra control, and are mostly Water affinity med-nin or Genjutsu users, who developed the Chakra Transfer technique so that they could stay safe, away from the front lines, but still put their talents in healing and illusions to use. The current generation has begun a divide between the two sides of the family, Water med-nin and Genjutsu focused shinobi, mainly because of Fuu. Her mother was betrothed to a distant cousin within the clan, before becoming pregnant. When Fuu was born, her Wind Chakra marked her father as an outsider to the clan. Her mother's side, made mostly of Genjutsu practitioners, protected Fuu and raised her as a full-blooded child. Most of her distant relatives, however, treated her poorly for not sharing the traditional clan affinity of Water and being a bastard. However, she showed exceptional promise with the Chakra Transfer technique, being one of the youngest in the clan to cast full jutsu through anchors and one of the few to use offensive jutsu regularly with the technique. Her Genjutsu was nothing exceptional to the Kamizuke Clan, but it was still solid and well-practiced.

I figured trying a character that's the opposite of hot blooded would be fun.

  • Appearance: Wander is a slender young man with shoulder length black hair and grey eyes. he wears a pair of black pants, and a black, backless, sleeveless top, with his ninja headband tied around one leg. He never wears shoes, usually because he almost always looses them.
  • Personality: Wander is aimless. True to his name, he has a “go-with-the-flow” type attitude, which, combined with his absent minded ness, can make him come off as, at best lazy, at worse sociopathic. He tends to be relaxed in battle and has shown he has no care for honor in combat, having no issue cheating. While he always sounds like he's fighting to stay awake,he deeply enjoys having conversations with people, finding them to be entertaining. When he's not engaging in conversation, Wander can often be found sleeping, cleaning his katana, or at his parent's graves.

  • Legacy Skill: Hell Cutting Quick Slash: By focusing chakra into their sword arm, the user is able to physically sharpen the air they cut through, leaving trails of razor sharp air which can cut as well as any blade, however, this tends to be quite tiring, and can leave the user's arm numb for an hour.
  • Miscellaneous Skills and Abilities: Wander is a highly skilled swordsman and hand to hand fighter, having been trained by his father. Oddly, he is a great cook.
Possessions: Kusanagi: A simple Katana, owned by Wander's father. It's Wander's only prized possession, and is his main weapon.

Wander's mother was pregnant when they came to the Village, for which they were let in, however, Wander's mother died in childbirth and was buried at the town. Not wanting to leave his wife's body, His father set up shop as a blacksmith for weapons. However, fascinated by his father's stories, Wander always wanted to become a Shinobi, both in honor of his mother and to preserve his family's legacy. His father gave him his old sword; Kusanagi, yet a few days before Wander entered school; his father grew ill and died. Now, Wander aspires to put the name "Miyamoto" in History.

      • Thunder Lotus Style: Sudden Spring. The user sheates his sword and charges it with chakra. When the enemy gets within range they draw the blade with lightning speed, cutting the enemy in one motion and bypassing them.

  • Bio: The Hattori clan have been part of the village since it's foundation. Supplying it with weapons and other tools necessary for the ninjas. Of course they were not afraid of going out into the field themselves and what better way to test their products than to use them themselves. Ryuuka was born to a family quite high up in the clans hierarchy and had a typical raising. When not studying in the ninja academy he was being trained in the art of forging.

  • Name: Sachiko Morishige
  • Age: 16
  • Gender: Female
  • Rank: Genin
  • Appearance: [1] She wears the headband in the usual spot, which makes her face look awkwardly cluttered due to all the elements competing for space on it.
  • Personality: Sachiko's status as an outsider without much history in the community combined with her inherent personality traits make her feel rather uncomfortable and isolated at times. She's socially awkward, with a heavy tendency to run her mouth to 'shoot herself in the foot' levels. Doesn't want to offend, but she either accidentally does so or becomes potentially annoying with how oblivious and naive she comes off sometimes. For those who can tolerate the nervously eager babbling Sachiko can be fairly endearing. Loyal but in an independent and headstrong fashion, though occasionally (being a teenager) she can be rather immature and stubborn. She likes to work alone even when she's genuinely friendly with someone else, so her teamwork could still use some honing. Even when she's on good terms she's still ridiculously awkward but in a manner that is more humorous than off-putting.

In battle the socially bumbling girl becomes far more focused, efficient, and above all confident. She has a veritable obsession with fighting and studies it extensively even in areas that aren't her speciality, outright fangirling over the chance to witness new techniques and battle especially strong opponents (except when they're so strong the team might honest-to-goodness die, though she'll still be awestruck, just with additional terror). Sachiko's naturally independent demeanor means she's good at keeping a cool head in battle (minus the squeeing) and allowing her strength and technique to shine.

  • Elemental Affinity: Wind
  • Abilities:
    • Taijutsu: 2
      • It has no name or signature moves, but her style of combat is based on evasion and rebuffing blows, she's naturally both rather fast and good at avoiding both melee and ranged assault and parrying whatever makes it through, and due to the low impact of this style she can keep it up for a very long amount of time, wearying opponents. She waits for this before striking back in earnest, or tries to lead them through traps of her design.
      • She also uses an umbrella (of all things) as her primary weapon, due to it's bulkiness and unwieldiness she has additional personalized training in wielding it effectively. More on this weapon in Legacy.
      • "Hidden Leaf" Recurve Strike - Invoking Wanted in spirit, this technique is a specific style of throwing that puts a bend in the arc of a thrown projectile, allowing it to curve around obstacles and obstructions. Sachiko's current level of training with the ability only allows her to practically use the technique to produce gentle redirection (sharper turns take her longer to prime at the moment than is reasonable in combat), say a 45 degree turn over a second or so.
    • Genjutsu: 0
    • Ninjutsu: 2
      • Superior Sealing (Fuinjutsu) Techniques - Sachiko's basic sealing abilities are a good step above her rank (which gives us hope for the rest of her abilities likewise growing). She seals and retrieves fast, effectively, and given time and proper calligraphy she can seal a reasonably sized object into almost anything. For example, there are two kunai actually sealed into the decorations she has tied into the ends of her braids for emergency defense.
      • Wind Release : Gentle Float - A jutsu of such finesse it actually doesn't have any ability to do damage to an opponent due to the low chakra investment. A gust of carefully controlled wind is created that can quickly move lightweight objects about a battlefield, though not fast enough to actually cause harm. The motions of the wind (and thus the object being carried) predictably lose accuracy past a certain range from the user. Due to low cost the skill can be used on multiple objects at once, it's dependent more on the user's finesse than chakra pool. Sachiko's primary (honestly, only) usage of this technique is to move her various weapon scrolls about into key positions.
      • "Hidden Leaf" Distance Release - A jutsu that releases the contents of her sealed scrolls without her actually having to touch the scroll in question. She can control the speed of release, from 'none at all' which would just pop up some weaponry for a teammate near the scroll to 'will stab through skull bone' which does exactly as expected; she also controls the direction of the release within reason (she can't shoot behind the scroll's surface or at a harsh angle from it). She also controls quantity, she can release everything at once or just a single weapon.
      • Wind Sealing (Fuinjustsu) : Fillet - A combination of basic fuinjutsu and wind techniques, this skill quickly divides up a scroll into smaller pieces that still remain fully functional. Sachiko can divide one scroll into sections of scroll that each only have a singular weapon sealed within, and any other permutation of divisions possible. Again, a low impact technique in terms of chakra cost.
    • Legacy Skill:
      • Morishige Weapon, Umbrella - Her most prized possession, this heavy weapon larger than her in overall surface area is the cornerstone of her combat style. The body of the umbrella, beyond being extremely sturdy in the rain, is chakra enforced by infusions from most living Morishige with the capability to do so (see the bio for more info on this). The protective power of the umbrella is thus quite impressive, it will handily block weapon strikes and even some basic jutsu without any wear. Sachiko's style of fighting uses the umbrella's protective capabilities to rebuff opponents, she also typically keeps herself shielded by it when using her ability to influence a battlefield from a distance with her weapon scrolls, which are actually usually sealed into symbols on the underside of the umbrella's body prior to combat.
      • Morishige Clan : Bird's Eye - The most natural manifestation of her ability and inheritance (everything else was learned more than it was natural), this Morishige ability grants the user both a very distinctive eye the ability to expend chakra to expand their vision into a mental map that encompasses the detail of a large area around the user (I'm bad with units of measurement, but say maybe the size of the first Chuunin Exams stadium?) to a fine point, individual rocks and the like, and combines with her actual visual sight. The ability works by passively pinging out with specifically designed chakra in a manner like sonar, only physical obstacles do not stop the chakra but rather are added to the image ultimately formed. Sufficient concentrations of chakra, however, scramble the mental image in an area around the concentration. Sachiko's umbrella doesn't have enough for example, but your average ninja or a particularly powerful jutsu creates voids in the information received (though of course, these voids are naturally what will be aimed for). Genjutsu also blinds this sight effectively. The ability is a massive chakra drain and impossible to turn off without stopping the eye's ability to see altogether, hence the sizable eyepatch Sachiko wears.
    • Miscellaneous Skills and Abilities:
      • Sachiko was actually fairly bad at the more domestic things taught the kunoichi, while she cleans and dresses fine she's bad at cooking and is far too inherently awkward most of the time to be charming.
      • Her calligraphy skills, at least, are up to par.
      • She's also fairly well trained in more mundane things like housekeeping and farming techniques. She can easily pass as a lowly peasant to a greater degree than most due to her inherent knowledge.
      • She also has a unique advantage due to her fangirlism, she typically knows quite a bit about others simply through observation and can often surprise her friends with what she deduces about their combat style and techniques. She thus has a unique leg up on reading opponents, in that she can usually infer their style and techniques based on her already existing body of knowledge. Or at least that is, if they're not using something totally out of the blue. If they're doing that then Sachiko is most likely furiously taking mental notes.
      • She has a notably low chakra reserve, weaker than some Academy Students. Significantly limits what she can possibly learn in ninjutsu/genjutsu due to a lack of raw chakra to convert.

    • Assets and other Possessions: The Morishige are a fairly low middle class presence in the Hidden Peak Village (Peakgakure?) with only a small house on the outskirts and a little field for tilling. Beyond the boring usual stuff the house has a private arsenal contained within, mostly left behind by various visiting Morishige from outside of the village. The nature of the clan as a wandering clan with people in most villages means that Sachiko can find supplies and aid of some sort in most cites.
  • Bio: The Morishige Clan is a fairly sizable wandering unit of taijutsu/weapon-specialist mercenaries and tradesmen, made up of marriages of disparate elements including some bloodlines from the various villages displaced onto the roads by the Clan Wars of old and possessing a caravan that travels between the villages that the Morishige have some form of good faith with, trading and doing various odd jobs that suit outsiders more than the village's own (provided they do not require attacking another village, that is). Sachiko's mother Rina was a daughter born to the caravan, and was a strong and capable woman whose punches were said to break down walls. However she tired of the roaming life and eventually wanted to settle down, having been charmed by a farmer boy from the Peaks she met while wandering the area on a tracking mission. As was tradition the Clan let her go to settle down, provided she keep her home open to the Morishige, which she happily agreed to.

Sachiko was born fairly soon after, the first Morishige truly native to the Peaks. She was as awkward a child as she is now, though being a child she got away with it easier, had friends but also found some passive shunning due to her status as an outsider affiliated with a known clan of less than warm reception among some. Further complicating the matter was her inherently low chakra reserve, meaning the expectations from both parents and peers that she would become a ninja were most likely to be disappointed. It upset the little girl to some degree, but nobody was really sure what could be done, and it seemed Sachiko would likely be a farmer like her father, a fate she would grow for a few years with resigned cheer. She'd be the best farmer ever, she vowed, and her parents raised her as best they could for some time.

Things changed when the Morishige payed their first visit, around her 8th birthday. Only a few members showed up, the Peaks being too difficult to reach and small to warrant the entire caravan's appearance. The elderly men and women treated the child well, even if she did not honor their tradition in her current life's path, treated her to demonstrations of their fighting and grand tales of their mother's exploits, the exploits of her ancestors. Her mother remarked that she'd never seen Sachiko looking quite so excited before, when her Morishige left. The young girl swore that was the life she truly wanted to live, and though her parents tried to practically dissuade her they eventually acquiesced. The girl would at least have a shot to try and achieve her dreams, and they set aside money to send her to Academy at the age of 10.

As expected when the day arrived, the girl struggled, having too little chakra to even attempt E-rank techniques. She remained in school a good year longer than most, struggling and being consistently humiliated, the operational joke of her class, the old girl among all the young children, struggling where they flourished. Despite the protest of parents, friends, all hoping to end her suffering, the stubborn girl kept at it, kept asking for extensions on her time. The umbrella was brought by a Morishige at this time, a gift for the newest member of the generation traditionally imbued with Morishige chakra from all able-bodied members, along with words of encouragement and advice that further amplified the young girl's will. She studied everyone, everything, forced herself to practice hard everyday. Over time where her raw reserves failed her she began to adapt and acclimate, efficiency of chakra and proper technique became her saving grace. She practiced with the stores of weapons in her home, learned sealing techniques beyond her level purely through study. Her finesse was honed to a fine point, and when she finally graduated she was actually a level above where graduates were expected to be (granted also a good two years beyond when they were expected to graduate).

Finally a Genin, at the age of 16, a momentous occasion for her that was marked by the manifestation of the Bird's Eye (she almost passed out the first time, not knowing that it was passively draining her chakra). All that remains to be seen is if she can overcome her natural deficiencies any further, become what she has always dreamed of being.

Appearance Zo is tall and very muscular. He has big ears, is quite handsome, and has closely shaven black hair. He wears a tight black sleeveless shirt and tight black shorts. He is constantly barefoot. He wears his forehead protector tied around his left thigh, and a Doji Noh mask hanging from a ribbon at his waist. His two sai are tied to the small of his back. When not on a job, Zo wears a big brown coat to hide his equipment.

Personality Zo is very sweet and caring, and likes to make people laugh. However, this can drop in an instant when the situation requires. He is all about the mission when on a job, but does go out of his way to help people in need. Zo can be very conversational, if the person he's talking to let's him, even to the point of rambling. He loves having people over for tea, because it gives them (him) a chance to talk. This is not to say that he is self-centered or narcissistic, he just has a lot to say about everything that he sees, which is quite a bit; as prattling as he may be sometimes, Zo is equally at home watching people in silence, whether out and about in the village, or on a mission.

Abilities

  • Taijutsu 3 Zo is extremely— abnormally and almost ridiculously— strong and fast, even without support from his chakra, which is a similarly large pool. Obviously an expert at basic hand-to-hand combat, he is also a quite masterful with his sai, using them to assault his enemies in many ways. He can even use them like acupuncture needles, affecting movement and causing pain by targeting pressure points.

    • Earth Release: Mud Clone A clone technique where the clones are mud and capable of hand-to-hand combat and ninjutsu (the chakra they use comes from Zo, however), though not nearly as fast or strong as the original Zo
    • Earth Release: Earth Wall

  • Legacy Skill
    • A family heirloom, the Doji mask. It is hardened from one hundred years of chakra-imbuing, making it almost impervious to physical harm and quite a few jutsus. When worn, it also gives the wearer a larger pool of chakra and can help in escaping and dispelling genjutsu, though Zo must still realize that he is being affected in such a way.

  • Miscellaneous skills Zo keeps a rigorously clean home, and is very organized. He always offers his cleaning services to new friends, if they seem messy enough. It is a good way for him to make extra money, since he supports himself. He also excels on stealth missions, being naturally quite silent. What he lack in strategic ability, he makes up for with always completing missions and assignments flawlessly and perfectly adherent to the rules. Also, Zo likes it when people challenge him to throwing competitions because, no matter what weapon is thrown, he always hits his mark.

Possessions

  • Loadout Doji mask, two sai, forehead protector.
  • Assets Zo has a small, but well maintained, house, which used to belong to his grandmother, all to himself on the ouskirts of the village. He has a little money, but only enough to survive. He has his parents' storied swords, but does not use them. He also owns two cats.

Bio Both of Zo's parents were talented ninja in a far off village (Zo does not remember which, and does not care to find out). they made many enemies, however, and one particular gang took ended up killing them when Zo was 5. His neighbors discovered him hiding in a closet the next morning, and sent him off to live with his grandmother in the Village Hidden in the Peaks. She was a kind woman, who pushed him to overcome his sadness and discover what it meant to be a good person. Once a great ninja herself, she recognized Zo's potential and helped train him before he even began ninja-school. Her neighbors were all kind as well, helping to raise him when she was sick or tired, and now, though he doesn't need real supervision, he visits them and takes care of them in turn. She passed away when he was 12, and he has lived every moment since in her honor, changing and forgetting his old name after this, becoming "Zo" ("ぞう", lit. "elephant"), his parents', and then his grandmother's, name for him. The Doji mask he carries was once hers, and little does he know, but her spirit watches over him still.

@clawthewolf: Is your profile complete, or still in progress? Your character doesn't have anything in the personality section and his bio is kind of small.

@Bassetete: More techniques can be gained as your character gets points for doing missions or successfully completing a big task. I think we're also allowing points to be gained by dedicated training towards a stat.

@Silverpunk: I'm assuming you're still working on yours.

@Silverpunk: Your taijutsu skill is really similar to the Hyuga style, to the point where you might as well either make a Hyuuga or just say he aims for pressure points that don't affect chakra (but can still physically disable people). Do you mind differentiating his skills a little if he's not a Hyuga? And maybe add a little more to his personality.

This RP will rely heavily on character interactions during missions and while hanging out in the village, so please don't sign up if you don't think you'll be able to stay for a while. If you drop out in the middle of something, it'll be very hard to retcon you out and put another character in.

If we get above 11 sign ups and your character doesn't get in at first, an opening might pop up later for you.

  • Personality: Akemi is a spirited, hard working and confident girl, tackling problems by giving it their best and putting a lot of passion into all that she sets her mind into. A smart girl, she lets her heart give her direction, though once a path is chosen she lets her head forge the path forward. She loves to study, experience new things and work at them until she becomes an adept at them, though her divided focus means that she rarely becomes a true master at anything. She believes strongly in her family's tradition of honing a healthy body and mind and strives to focus on both of them. When it comes to ninja traditions she believes that the basics are important and that all schools of the shinobi arts are worthy of the same amount of respect and study.

      • Grasshopper Kick: A physical technique which increases the impulse and kicking potential of the user's legs, channeling power and pressure into them to perform strong kicks. While usable in battle as a straight and powerful kick, it is usually used for movement in or out of battle as the user makes fast and far leaps when pushing off a surface with their legs.
      • Kenjutsu: Training in the art of using a blade in battle, as well as basic techniques and swordplay to make maximum use of the blade's reach and sharpness in battle.
      • Parasol Techniques: Training in the proper use of a reinforced parasol for defense or attack, used to block projectiles and even some low power attacks as well as using the closed umbrella as a weapon in battle or for distracting the enemy.
      • Advanced Projectiles Training: Training in techniques to better the aim, increase strength, speed and range of thrown projectiles such as kunai and shuriken.
      • Shattering Blow: A Chakra infused punch which increases the speed of the punch and adds crushing, bludgeoning damage to it. Good for dealing damage to objects as well as bones.
    • Genjutsu (*):
      • Extended Darkness: A Genjutsu which works upon a zone of impeded vision, used as a support on a smoke bomb or jutsu which reduces visibility by creating a mist of the sort. The trigger of the jutsu is placed within the mist or smoke itself, creating a flickering patter so that when looking at it, the darkened area is increased twofold as well as diminishing visibility within it.
      • Invitation to Cordiality: A somewhat basic Genjutsu whose trigger is to look into the eyes of the user. On activation the user appears on the best light possible to the person caught within the genjutsu, affording a better interaction and extending the ability of the user to influence them.
      • Phantom Pain: A touch activated genjutsu, affecting the nervous system of the victim upon contact with the skin. It has to be charged beforehand and put on hold, then upon touching the victim of the jutsu somewhere a flare of pain will radiate from the area, making them believe they are more wounded than they truly are. If not caught upon or dispelled, the genjutsu will amplify the feeling of pain of subsequent wounds upon the same area.
    • Ninjutsu (*):
      • Wind Jutsu - Great Breath: Upon using wind chakra to take in a deep breath, Akemi can hold it for up to 15 minutes while in combat or moving around. While she has this chakra infused breath within her, she becomes lighter and more mobile than normal.
      • Water Jutsu - Encroaching Mist: By using Chakra the user generates a mist which spreads from around them, the size of which depends on the amount of chakra released. The mist can be lightly nudged to flow in a certain direction and obscures sight out of a few feet.
      • Beginner Medical Jutsu: Starting knowledge of medical jutsu. At this level only useful to close external wounds and infuse minor vitality.
    • Legacy Skill:
      • Taishin - Body and Mind: As much a Bloodline Trait as it is a philosophy shared by the Tachibana Clan which calls for an all rounded approach in life, education and training. To hone both mind and body in accord is to the greater benefit of both and to pay attention to all shinobi arts will lead to a better and more adaptable ninja. Thus, staying away from specialization and focusing on the basics and developing a strong, all around ninja, they experience a faster growth and learning than normal. This manifests at this level in having 'half' a level higher in each of the three shinobi disciplines, manifesting as an extra Jutsu of each category, however, this only applies so far as Akemi keep being an all around ninja, having only a max of one point extra in either physical (taijutsu) or chakra based skills (genjutsu, ninjutsu). This also gives a minor boost to overall physical fitness and learning speed.
    • Miscellaneous Skills and Abilities:
      • Mental Aptitude: Akemi is a clever girl, with a good memory who has spent a good amount of her time taking her studies seriously and building up a knowledge base in a variety of topics. By some, she can seem like a know it all, however she tends to lack in depth knowledge on most subjects beyond general familiarity.
      • Fitness: Like all ninja, Akemi is good at using her body and keeps herself highly fit and strong. She's quite bendy, flexible and agile and likes learning new tricks and abilities.
      • Kunoichi Knowledge: Akemi took her lessons in female arts quite seriously, learning quite a bit about dancing, flower arrangement, courteous speak, drawing, makeup, fashion and other such topics. She also learned how to play in a rather simple manner a few wind and string instruments.
      • Family Trade: Additionally, Akemi has had to spend some time learning both farm work, how to handle a library and computers for storage of information and some degree of bodyguard duties.
  • Possessions and Assets:
    • Loadout: Akemi usually carries a big pouch on the back of her belt, carrying within five small smokebombs, five explosive slips, five kunai and ten shuriken. Additionally, she carries on another pouch a set of sealing scrolls with 50 kunai and a 100 throwing stars hidden within, which she sometimes moves to her sleeves for rapid retrieval. Additionally, she carries a specially modified japanese style umbrella, built and reinforced for active use in combat. the handle and stick actually works as a hidden sheath for a blade and when opened, it can block projectiles such as needles, kunai, shuriken and arrows. The parasol also can be adapted by sticking a kunai at the top for it to work as a sort of improvised spear. Aside form this, on another pocket Akemi carries ink, a pen, scrolls for writing, and a basic medkit.
    • Assets and other Possessions: Akemi is member of the Tachibana Clan, who, while not mayor players, are not something to be sneezed at. Within the complex of the big Tachibana Clan, Akemi has a small house for herself. She possesses a library card for her family's library as well as a good collection of books and scrolls at home. She has a nice amount of money saved up for a young student from her obligatory work her family put her in, which she uses to indulge in every once in a while as well as building up a big wardrobe. She also has a pet ferret back at home called Akechi. Finally, Akemi is signed up in the village's reserve armed forces as are all fit members of her family, male or female.
  • Bio: Tachibana Akemi has so far lived a good, proud and full life. From the moment she first took breath as a Tachibana, she was destined to live by their motto, Blooming With Pride, living by the meaning of their name as Standing Flower. Her name was picked by the aspirations of her family for her and following an old Tachibana tradition to name their children with a physical and mental attribute. Since she was very little, Akemi was rarely spoiled... instead she was given responsibilities and started her lifelong path of self improvement. Discipline was cultivated since a young age all tempered with love and reward for a good job done. She was left alone to indulge in that which she was a natural at while at the same time, drilled hard and given extra attention in those disciplines and practices on which she was lacking. All to cover all basics, be it in education or training. Growing up, she was made to work at the ventures of the Tachibana Clan... which, just as is their custom, never put all their eggs in one basket. The Tachibanas run one of the libraries of the city, a couple terrace farms where they also raise goats and also hold a reputation as one of the trusted bodyguard corps of one of the noble clans of the city. Additionally, however, each and every member of the clan is part of the armed forces of the city, and despite a few branches of the family handling the library or the farms, they all work to improve themselves to remain valued and strong soldiers and ninja for the city. Thus, Akemi has spent days taking care of crops, moving books and scrolls around and even as the personal assistant and bodyguard of some of the nobles of the village. All in all, at her 19 years of age, Akemi is one of the young stars of the Tachibana Clan for her diligence, talent and bright attitude in tackling whatever life throws at her.

There are currently 11 sign-ups, which is the limit for the RP. I will start going through and seeing who to accept. I will be a little strict. We want the best ones, if we even get any more than the current number.
