The batter is Thai, the pitcher is from somewhere unknown, possibly space, and Co-pilot who is actually Japanese. It's quite the international cast so I don't think that would work.

No consensus on a caption; locking up.
This image is supposed to be a baseball game involving the cast gone horribly wrong. Unfortunately there isn't much to indicate a baseball game was occurring at all. We have a ball (not clearly a baseball), a hat, and a barely legible reference to "America's pastime." Honestly, the page image for Go-Karting with Bowser would be substantially better on this page than the current image (although I'm not sure that it would be better here than on Go-Karting with Bowser).
