Agreed; either suggestion works for me.
Also, since Paper-Thin Disguise is currently imageless, I suggest we move the current pic there.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! The main page may not have one, but some of its subpages have images.
PaperThinDisguise.Real Life is imageless, so I am fine with moving the current there.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanYeah, that pic should go to PaperThinDisguise.Real Life
Clock is set.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI agree with moving the current to PaperThinDisguise.Real Life.
I don't think the suggestions for this page are any good at all, since they're pretty much page quotation material, if anything.
Check out my fanfiction! The clock is up and we've got enough consensus on moving the pic to PaperThinDisguise.Real Life, so that's done and both pages are tagged accordingly. Locking up.
This trope is "when an impersonator has an almost perfect disguise, only to ruin it with a seemingly inconspicuous mistake". The image is some guy rather transparently dressed up as a mailbox, which is basically the trope Paper-Thin Disguise instead. It's a nice image and I would like to use it some place else, but it's not this trope.
A better pic would be this (4th panel) or possibly some panels from this.
