Sandbox games like Minecraft, Terraria and Grand Theft Auto strongly encourage you to play around with the rules and cheat, nor do they punish you for doing so (aside from being locked out of achievements in the later GTA games).
Goldeneye 007, Conker's Bad Fur Day, and WCW Nitro all have some really fun codes to use. The first one has general Invincibility, but typical stuff like dual-wielding, paintball mode, and other silly weapon choices. The second one just has some general stuff, although I forgot what everything but the "Remove the swear filter" was. WCW Nitro is a bit different, being a cartoony Wrestling game(at least in how the game plays) with things like a Bobblehead mode, essentially.
Another fun one is Diddy Kong Racing. It has some really sweet codes that allow you to do a lot of weird stuff. One of my favorites is Co-Op mode. It makes some areas far easier, imo.
...It's weird having so many websites and no way to properly display now, lol.WCW Mayhem had better password goodies, it didn't just unlock all the characters, it gave Rey Mysterio his mask back, and switched the Nitro set to the original one, basically undoing all the stupid decisions WCW made in 1999.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the Great
There was a "Remove Swear Filter" code for Conkers Bad Fur Day?
I'm having to learn to pay the priceIf a game has some serious Guide Dang It! issues, then I feel no shame at all.
Yep. It has a few censored things in the original. But a code can remove it. Just some words. The remake actually censors even more words.
...It's weird having so many websites and no way to properly display now, lol.GENTLEMEN... And ladies. Here's the game of the year for this category
Not a feature, but Gamefreak should really fix the RNG in Pokémon games. It's way too easy to exploit, and it can only be ever used for cheating. There's some harmless things you can do, like catching shiny Pokémon with terrible stats. But if you use it to get perfect Pokémon that are otherwise really hard to obtain (legendaries, Pokémon you need to breed pre-Gen VI, etc.) you're getting an unfair advantage over other players. Although some people claim it's a feature, but those people make my blood boil. I think Emerald had the worst RNG, the ones in other games are better (as in, they actually seed correctly), but still not good enough. I haven't seen any RNG exploits for X and Y so they might've actually stepped up their game, which is good.
Everything I have found of this game regarding cheat codes says that there wasn't a code to turn off the filter

I'm having to learn to pay the pricex3 I really wish that game was better than it is. The concept is really neat.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Skyrim is such a game. You can abuse the hell out of the Smithing, Alchemy and Enchantment skills to such an extent that the game can quickly become almost trivially easy in places.
I always used to cheat for Sinderon's master alchemy quest in Oblivion. There wasn't a chance I was going to waste 2 hours combing the river banks for 100 Nirnroot.
Mudkip's final evolution is in fact NOT Mudkipperino.
Unless I'm just doing it for fun, I reserve cheating for those items you can almost never get in RPG's, like the Stick and Lucky Egg in Pokemon G/S/C or the vitamins that cost a king's ransom even with the Amulet coin doubling your money and beating the Elite Four. Dragon Quest VIII in particular had the Skill Seeds that you could only get regularly after beating the main game, and even then had very rare drop rates. Another use I have is when a fighting game will have a character you can't play as at all, but look like they would be a blast to play as, like Inferno and Night Terror from SCII & III or Metal Mario and Giant Donkey Kong in N64 Smash Bros, and the hands & Giga Bowser in Melee(talk about Smash of the Titans!) I think for features like those, cheating is a must if you want the whole experience the game has to offer.
