I did check on myself, and it doesn't work anymore. Looking at the page source, it may be a Javascript problem.

You have to remove any newlines from the edit notifier text, because they mess up the script.

I was adding a new editing issue message based off [1]
and now seem to be unable to send any of them; when I go to the selection form, I can pick a message but the text doesn't appear and the "send message" button does not become clickable. Does this happen for anyone else? Did it only just begin thanks to me trying to add the message?
