Won't losing the frontal lobe at best leave you in a vegetable state?
It was probably the guy from the second game.
Yeah, those early theories with Mike being the victim confused me. Sure, you can survive without it, but you can't fend off 5 killer animatronics for 5 nights straight. I'm pretty sure you can't imagine such a scenario either... or anything, for that matter.
From what I hear someone can start to somewhat function again after losing the frontal lobe, they are just slower.
I support the theory that it was one of the toy animatronics.
I think it might be that as well. The news article after 2 said that the Toys were getting scrapped.
Any of them could be the culprit besides BB, the Puppet, the hallucinations, Spring Bonnie, and the humans. So that leaves the Freddies, Bonnies, Chicas, Foxy, and Mangle. Arguments can definitely be made for all of them. (Freddy and Toy Freddy are the ringleaders, Bonnie and Toy Bonnie are considered the spookiest by Scott, Chica and Toy Chica have a ton of teeth, and Foxy and Mangle are obvious.)
It's been 3000 years…Yes, but it was specifically the Toy Animatronics who were scrapped after the 2nd game, so it's very likely that one of them was the culprit for the Bite Of 87.
No you will not be a vegetable if your frontal lobe dies off. The human brain is capable of using it's plasticity aka it can rewire itself if gray matter is lost.
Look up Phineas Gage. An accident occurred with dynamite on a mining operation. A large piece of metal shrapnel impaled Phineas Gage's head, going through the jaw first and coming out the frontal lobe region. After he survived that incident it was said that he wasn't the same again. He was more rash and his decision making skills were highly impacted.
That theory by technicality can still be sufficient provided you look up the effects of loosing the frontal lobe. I don't necessarily support it but I will still point out it's a possibility.
If I were to try to piece together how the Bite occured I imagine 2 scenarios.
- The Bite occurred because some idiotic parent and an incompetant employee didn't keep an eye on there child. The kid tried to look into Mangle's mouth and caused her to accidentally clamp down on the child's face by reflex
- Toy Chica, Toy Freddy, or Toy Bonnie attacked an adult at the Birthday Party that there faulty software thought was the Murderer. This scenario supports Jeremy being the Bite victim.

We also don't know jack about the victim of The Bite of '87. For all we know, he could be bragging his rear end off, saying that he survived a bite from an animatronic. (thanks myself for mental image)

My money is on Mangled doing that. Who in the world would let something like that near children?
I would actually blame the designers on that. She was torn apart by toddler kids over and over. Why did Fazbear Entertainment think it was a good idea to have 1 robot with questionable teeth handle that type of crowd is beyond logical reasoning.
It kind of puts Foxy's behavior in FNAF 1 into a interesting light.
I thought that the animatronics were all incredibly protective of children, which would mean that the chances of a child being the victim of the Bite was close to nil. Hey, for all we know, Mangle doesn't really care about being torn apart and put together again by the kids.
Hopefully the last game will give us a satisfactory answer.
It's probably Jeremy. After the fifth night he gets day shift while the guy from the sixth night takes his place.
Can this be Nightmare Freddy's jumpscare?
Please?

Speaking of SFM and FNAF, I've noticed that FNAF is starting to overtake (or at least compete with) Team Fortress 2 in Popular SFM Videos. It's odd to me, considering FNAF is much more restricted then TF 2 (Story Wise and Character Wise), and that all the models I've seen for it aren't the best looking (Like the Above's Springtrap).
Sometimes restrictions give better inspiration. And with TF 2 aren't most of source videos like old Garry's mod videos in randomness since that type of videos were much easier to do and after Source filmmaker was released they were still most popular videos due to them having been only videos before? Not all of source videos are like them, but quite lot of them are similar bizarre humor videos IIRC. Besides, with FNAF you don't need to mix voice clips since characters are silent.

Yeah TF 2 has a humongous amount of Garry's Mod videos. People still argue nowadays about whether Garry's Mod or SFM is better for Team Fortress 2 animators (although it's quite obvious it really just depends on what type of animation you want to make).
And yeah I think FNAF gets more of this because the animatronics are probably easier to animate in SFM then Team Fortress 2's brand of crazy human characters. Team Fortress 2 is a hugely popular game too so I doubt it's just larger fandom = larger amounts of fanart.

So, will there be a Nightmare Foxy, too?
If I were doing that, I'd do a horrid Fusion Dance of Foxy and The Mangle, to match or exceed how terrifying the Nightmare Animatronics look.
Sign on for this After The End Fantasy RP.I think all the first generation animatronics will get a Nightmare form.
You know, one way they could do a Nightmare Foxy would be to take him in the other direction - fully repair him. Foxy was enough of a threat when he was in disrepair; just what could a fully operational version be like?
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Considering that we know what the majority of him looks like, and that the main thing holding him back in the first game is his occasional stage fright, probably not very different.

It's possible. People used to theorize Mike was that to explain why he kept coming back to the Pizerria even when it was quite clear his life was threatened.
