Glad everyone's excited! I got a couple things real quick then Ill be off for tha night.

1: The culture questions been eating me up all day but I think,hope, that I've got a suitable answer. Castor Hill's people are a perfect blend of Southern meets The North. An over the top redneck can, and probably does, live next door too a way too smug bleedin heart liberal. This part of why the town has such a poor sense of community identity, and why it has gotten as small as it has.

2: When we start tommorrow here is what you/your characters already know: three figures, obscured by lights, have appeared to each of the Sinners individually. They told them what was said in the sign up introduction, more or less, and vanished for two weeks. The RP proper will start with the reapearance of these Judges and the empowerment of the Sinners. Also since the town is small each student know of each other on some level, too what degree I will let you decide, but this will at least cut down on the thirty posts worth of introductions that i see a lot of.

Who wants to be Damian's friend, or alternatively should he be forever alone?

Well, Samantha could be his friend but they would have to be vitriolic best bud, I would love to play out a chemistry between a boastful south central LA gangster girl and an emo kid

And the town is essentially half redneck, half hipster? Interesting...

Perhaps we could have some steampunk elements in there.

The steampunk could fit into the supernatural part but ultimately, Dont Look will have a say in that.

Speaking of world building, I have a couple of suggestions. Firstly, i already mentioned it in Sam's bio but shouldn't Castor Hill have increased police presence, 15 recent suicides is rather hard to ignore. Secondly, isn't it entirely possible to have Sam's gang's activities could have indirect cause of the suicides. Just putting the suggestion out here, it's up to you if you want to make it official.

Question: Do I need to join before the RP starts? Because I just found out about this, and now I'm very interested. Buuuut I'll need time to make my character, is the problem

By the way, I just realized something; I need to change Sam's last name since Lamar is her dad's last name but her mom already divorced with him so be right back.

@ Trip: Sign ups are still open, and if we aren't at q certain point you will be able too hop right in. Otherwise you'll probably have to wait just a little bit, but don't worry there is always room for more Sinners

Also, there may be some steampunk elements at a point, but their probably not going to be that big or noticible. Sorry, but it just doesn't completely mesh with the story as well.

And the increased police presence is now canon, even if said police aren't so good at their job. But, I do wanna add that their may already be a human influence on the suicides, albeit probably not gang members.
