The phone call to 'Laird', the use of St. Elmo's Fire and the cameo from Stan Lee are new additions.
That was so freaking awesome.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"The Superman music and the Stan Lee cameo made this even better.
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.I don't know, the most hilarious part has to be Deadpool sprinting to the scene to the tune of "St. Elmo's Fire (Man in Motion)".

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I do want to see it, but just how spoilery is it to Logan?
None. It contains no spoilers at all. It was just a teaser put in front of the film for Deadpool 2.
Thanks. I just saw it.
...Damn, I didn't think it'd end like that.
The Superman theme, Stan Lee cameo, and Deadpool himself keeps me from hating it though.
Also, did anyone notice the crawling text at the very end? What was that about?

The text is a Cliff Notes summary of "The Old Man and the Sea", by Ernest Hemingway, as narrated by Deadpool (spoiler: it's hilarious [the summary, not the story]). It's a complete non-sequitur to the teaser, but it does tell you almost exactly what happens in Logan, as the movie is a Whole-Plot Reference to that story.
So, the joke is that Deadpool is trolling the theater audience of Logan by spoiling the plot, but there's no possible way you could read it there.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Actually, Logan isn't a Whole-Plot Reference to The Old Man and the Sea, it just features Old Man Logan. It's, in fact, a Whole-Plot Reference to Shane.
Not sure how credible this is, but is Wade gonna have some Hope in his sequel?
And in more concrete news:
The X-Force movie is DEFINITELY going to have Cable and Deadpool.
Also, something that just hit me, how did Cable get his name? Is it because his mutant power involves manipulating technology?
So guys...guess what today is ;)
Rumor has it that Janelle Monae might be Domino. Which would be FRIGGIN' AWESOME.
Just a false rumor. Domino will be played by Zazzie Beets. https://twitter.com/Variety/status/839956980772982786
35 year old white man.The writers disconfirmed that one.

Please don't make his battlesuit grey, or with a chest emblem!
I hope he dresses exactly like he did when he first appeared in the comics.
Because he looked stupid.
So stupid.
And Deadpool could get some good mileage out of that.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersSpeaking of which, does anybody miss those weird wraparound headscarves that everyone had in the nineties, but only Gambit seems to have kept? Or the face-framing helmet Domino had? It would be kinda cool to re-introduce those, as elements of "futuristic" fashion... and then have Deadpool mock the heck out of them.
So there's (HERE'S: https://youtu.be/ptKgRecPi1I) what must be one of the single most impressive fan videos I have ever seen. If it wasn't for the disclaimer at the beginning right up until certain Marvel heroines turned up you could be forgiven for assuming this was actually something Reynolds and co. had put together themselves.
(Any tropers who can get embedding to work, please do.)
"These 'no-nonsense' solutions of yours just don't hold water in a complex world of jet-powered apes and time travel."Here you go.
"I have a balaclava that covers everything but my face and hair, the two most distinctive things about anyone's head."
"Interesting. Well, I'll see your balaclava and raise you a helmet that exposes the front and top of my skull to punches, projectiles, and crushing impacts."
"That's nothing, my armour is made up of a few strategically placed plates each about the size of a picnic napkin, held together by a series of straps almost as wide as the plates themselves."
...The '90s, everyone.

I just watched Beauty and the Beast yesterday (it was amazing). That clip is so glorious. XD
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.
For anyone attending Logan at any point
There's a Deadpool mini-movie before the film starts, where Wade attempts to come to the aid of a mugging victim in truly superheroic fashion...seriously, they even go as far as use John Williams for this. The results are hilarious. Wade ends up arriving too late and snuggles up to the corpse talking about ice cream and brain freeze
This did'nt actually play at my screenings here in the UK, but apparently it's in some IMAX showings in the states.
