The page was cut by Fast Eddie himself for content violations, then the P5 reviewed it and voted to restore it. However, it seems it has not been restored yet. (Relevant discussion starting here
.)
The character page and such not being cut was likely an oversight, albeit one that didn't turn out to be a problem.
