I think for this, it would be necessary to split the "sub-page" page type, between work sub-pages and trope sub-pages.
Which isn't to say I'm against it, far from it, since it would probably solve more problems than just this one.

If a trope page is split into subpages, then the "Main" link will point to the wrong trope. For instance, in Nice Hat/Video Games, "Main" points to Main/VideoGames, but should point to Main/NiceHat.
