There is definitely a point in the mid-to-late 00s where more-or-less every cartoon that came out was awful. But maybe that was just CN's dork age, and I was (and still am) largely a CN fan.

I blame the economy.
Thankfully for all involved, CN's attempt at live-action bombed as hard as ever. At least there was Thursday nights...
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Hell, it bombed even before publicly announcing it! Cartoon Brew covered the development from insider intel they found, and just a few hours later, Cartoon Network forced them to take down a photo of it because they were embarrassed by it even then! But by that point, all their plans for CN Real were in full force and they couldn't reverse what they did until months after it premiered!
Wanna give out the sordid details?
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."It was LONG ago. It'd take an hour or so to even track down the original article.
I'm assuming you're talking about the Rankin/Bass Rudolph?
I love to learn, I love to yearn, and most of all... I love to make money.Given that I also mentioned Charlie Brown and Grinch, that should be a yes.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!I hope Mr Enter brings up Osamu Tezuka sometime when he reaches the 50's and 60's marking the beginning of The Dark Age Of Animation. Since anime shows such as Astro Boy and Kimba The White Lion were aired in TV during the early years of anime as well as being the earliest animes to be shown in the US (Especially the the 1960's)

eh, he'll most likely bring it up. he mentioned spirited away and tales of earthsea in his 2000's retrospective so he's most likely aware of most of those things. it's also important because tezuka pioneered the serial, decompressed, cinematic storytelling that manga is known for and which was subsequently passed onto anime, which then has gone on to affect a lot of shows from the 2000's onwards.
He's got a lot of stuff to cover for the 90s.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!Enter is boarding his horizons? Good..... good....
It's Over Anakin, I have the high ground! He's doing a history of animation thing. So not really "reviewing" older animations, but talking about them and their impact on animation.
I hope he covers the Peanuts Animated Specials, ESPECIALLY Charlie Brown Christmas.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!Hey guys, what'd I miss?
I honestly thought that Family Guy was going to be on there.
Though I think most of 4Kids's dubs should've been tied. The only good one they did was Kirby: Right Back At Ya!
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!shaman king was apparently their least butchered outside of pokemon, so much so that people (see: moral guardians) complained and led them to overdoing it on One Piece.
His reasoning with Family Guy is possibly the same with Spongebob, not all of them are bad, and putting the show on there would be putting all of the show's episodes, good, bad, ugly, meh, together.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."What is one animated movie that you guys would like Enter to cover as an Atrocity?
I'd like him to cover the 2012 Lorax movie...though that has the problem of him needing to add something new that Nostalgia Chick and Nostalgia Critic didn't say in their reviews.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!Bee Movie. Probably the animated movie I hate most. It's not funny, it has a plot that feels the need to change every 10 minutes, and none of those plots make any sense. There are plenty of animated films I don't like, Bee Movie is the only one I despise. I saw it as part of a double feature with Kung Fu Panda where they were playing at the same time. I deeply regret not just seeing Kung Fu Panda twice.
It's been a while since I've seen that one, actually. I have Lorax in my head because my environmental sciences teacher had us watch it this week.

And for those of you who don't want to watch the video:

It's more of a history thing, not really reviewing.
Though I hope he covers A Charlie Brown Christmas, Rudolph, and Grinch when he gets to the 60s.
