Because then he's a Complete Monster. No pun intended.
"We be we baby!"I mean, those two options really seem like they'd fit together...
But considering what happened, shouldn't he already be considered a CM...?
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Hey! I have been following this show for a while, and like many others, the season 2 finale broke me. Star (both the show and the character) has grown far more than I ever expected while still remaining somewhat comedic and energetic. I love it so much.
On another note, I was wondering, do you think this tidbit from a storyboard artist counts as Word of Gay or is it not "official" enough?
Not only did I manage to catch the season finale, but also the previous episode featuring Patrick Stump as well, AND Marco's live stream afterward! :D
... it does seem that Starcrushed is the best-written episode so far. Yes, we seen this kind of cliffhanger before, but they're always well-written and gripping.
... I even looked up Patrick Stump online. He's the lead vocalist of Fall Out Boy!?! I also know he was the one who wrote and performed "Who's The (Bat)Man?" for The LEGO Batman Movie. Maybe he's trying to make a name for himself apart from a group band.
Shit, now I know why he sounded familiar. I was wondering if that was Patrick Stump.
At least the song he sang here made more sense than most of Fall Out Boy's songs.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Man... the guy can ACT! :O So that's why that episode got so much hype online!
Did Fall Out Boy perform "Immortals" for the Big Hero 6 end credits? _looks it up_ ... eyup. *_*

Ok, much props to Patrick, then, because his character killed it and Star's Princess Song was glorious. Like, I'd add it to my playlist if it wasn't for those "royal secret" segments which were also great and impactful within the episode itself but may be a bit too awkward to listen to outside of context.
Pretty good episode overall too. Had some good laughs. Though, honestly, you'd think Star would've relished to opportunity to write a non-stupid song from the start. Hadn't they already been over this kind of thing since the episode with Mr. Candle? Also, way for Star to hold the Idiot Ball and adding that royal secret to the song, though I suppose that's partly on Moon for apparently never properly explaining what all the ceremony and pompous dresses are for in the first place.
But yeah, who cares about that sorta thing, because holy crap that season finale, huh? Unless they somehow resolve this in the next season's opener then the show will really never be the same again.
I do expect at least a temporary victory in the next opener, though. I mean, the entire high counsel got curbstomped within minutes, so Toffee could probably take on most of the multiverse by now and take whatever he wants right now. So how would Star fight that over an extended period of time unless by quickly exploiting some weakness and sending Toffee back to square one?
I'm placing a bet on Star somehow messing with the finger in a way that ruins Toffee's plans when he tries to graft it back on.
Anyhow, very well executed final episodes makes me forget all about some of the low points of this season. Now let's hope that they won't make us wait for most of the year again.
This is the only thing I had a problem with. ...why would Star allow him to write a song that she KNOWS would blatantly expose all of her secrets that she kept from her parents for the past 2 seasons, IN FRONT OF her parents?? I almost believed he was under a trance by some villain and just went off-script as a way to put Star in more danger, and wouldn't remember he sung all that afterward.

To the public...not to her parents.
That song didn't reveal anything her parents didn't already know.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I'm pretty sure that she wanted to expose the stuff about Glossaryck and the book getting lost. One of the things she hated about Princess Songs was how they always treated the princess in question as completely perfect in every way, and she wanted to acknowledge her failures as well as her accomplishments. Sort of a Warts and All thing.
It was the bit at the end with Marco that she apparently didn't want to be in there, though it's kind of a mystery exactly why it ended up being in there if she didn't want it to be. All I can think of is that she initially decided to include it, but later decided to get rid of it, and the guy didn't get the message.

Reaction Image RepositoryIt was not a very bright idea to reveal the fact that she lost a powerful artifact and family heirloom. There is a big difference between a few flaws and massive blunders that potentially result in a panic. Moon probably could have mentioned that part of it is to put the citizens at ease in regards to the next ruler, but she probably figured that was obvious considering her own song was pretty generic. I do honestly believe moon was potentially a night owl.
"When I offered to make Norea my third back-up girlfriend she just glared at me and started throwing things at me.." Renee CostaYeah, that was definitely not one of Star's finer moments.
Reaction Image RepositoryStar will be returning for at least two more go-arounds.
(^-^):Four seasons...a good "even" number.
[Angrily]:Unlike Adventure Time...!!
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Summer, eh? That's not so far off.
Thank god, the hiatus won't be forever. I'm happy it's been renewed, but I hope this doesn't result in the show going on too long. Renewals always fill me with mixed emotions.
Also, what does Adventure Time have to do with this?
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I'd just like a show to have an even number of seasons...
And the one show I'm positively biased towards doesn't have that.
It makes me sad.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Ah.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I guess the season finale had exceptional ratings.
Disney just really loves this show.
Wish they'd done the same for Wander Over Yonder.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?...
What is this "signature" of which people speak?Did anyone else notice in Moon's song, the 3rd line goes:
Obviously they probably couldn't imply that she would drink alcohol, but this seemed like a sneaky way to still do it. Or I'm just crazy and that was just an off-rhyme.
Here's the song, does anyone else hear it too? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9smCBwuQ8Cg

You don't always get result's, just cause you worked hard. It's obvious though that the drink was tea...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I think it's interesting how much more insight we've got with Moon over the last two episodes. She's a lot more like Star than we would initially believe, she's not nearly as impulsive, but she's just as, if not more, head strong than Star.
This is almost pure speculation on my part, but I think her need to stick so much to tradition and her tendancy to go it alone stems from having the weight of the kingdom thrust upon her at a young age and in the middle of a crisis. I'm almost certain she was already queen when she battled Toffee and it's likely one of the skull's he's wearing is her mother's.
¿por qué no ambos
Why not both?
