The way I understand it, everyone has them, it's just that most people don't awaken them.
Going from Gowther's explanation of what was happening with Guila, the explosion power is her own, she just couldn't awaken it normally because of her nature.

Ooh, so then Jericho could actually get her speed back?
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."If I understand things right, probably.
This makes me wonder how long this has been happening with Escanor.

The reason the demon blood worked on Jericho in the first place is because she was frustrated and resentful of apparently having reached her limit. Training only gets you so far.
Thinking about it, Escanor's power reminds me of Yamamoto's bankai. I wouldn't be surprised if the problem he has with noon is something similar to the problem he had with keeping it active for too long.
They already indicated as much. Merlin and Gowther had to knock him out and he left of his own volition here to go somewhere where he wouldn't hurt anyone.
Yeah, but I'm just wondering about the scope.
So spoilers because why not: It looks like Matrona and Diane are doing their dancing stuff and then Four Arms and Octo Girl show up.

Triple post.
But anyway, I just heard that even though RHS might be gone they aren't done with everything. Some of their former staff are getting together to translate a few of the series they did. Don't know about SDS but I'm assuming it was their biggest pull so probably. Also Fuuka if anyone reads that.
I'll probably just use Crunchyroll, which I found out has same-day release. The latest chapter is free there.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."So Adventure Time had a week long special where something happened that reminded me of the whole Ten Commandments deal.
So what do you think the chances are that the demons weren't totally in the wrong in the war? I feel like that could make things more interesting but would also make Meliodas look like sort of a dick for turning on them.
I think they were probably the greater evil, but they probably had a point as well.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."Decent. Setting aside the apparently mindless brutes they can't all be bad. Then again, it's been thousands of years and nobody would really give a shit about it anymore if the demons are willing to just stop. Apart from the goddesses but they're probably dicks too.
Hey! I'm the one who first brought up the potential similarity between the two plotlines!
Oh no its clear the Goddess are a bunch of dicks. Ban's conversation with them is fucking clear as hell. I get the feeling while the Demons are evil there more the honest/blood knight types while the Goddess' are the judgmental/hypocritical/knight Templar variety.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."The first thing they wanted to do after being released was... well, it was to get some rest, but the second point of order was "lets kill everyone and eat their souls!". I don't think they were especially more reasonable back in the day.
I'm sort of torn on the issue. On one hand, the whole My Species Doth Protest Too Much is a bit annoying but on the other hand hand people love going on about how demons "feel" evil. Then again, so does Meliodas apparently.
I still think people are reading too much into Ban's whole thing with the goddesses. Going "They want Meliodas dead so they must be evil!" is just too big a leap for me even if I do think there is going to be some shadiness there.
Just drinking demon blood corrupts people hearts, they seem to actually be evil by nature. Meliodas is clearly different from others, not only is he ageless even by demon standards, but he's not hurt by divine powers like others are. He's probably not just a demon who just choose not to be a dick.
Every race has Fantastic Racism against Demons because they think they're Always Chaotic Evil, the Goddesses are no different.
True thats why protagonists who are normally against killing see no problem slaughtering demons in mass.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Ironically enough, the only one of the protagonist who actually had an aversion to killing was Meliodas. I wonder if there's a story on how that started because the stories sort of inconsistent about it.
Well Demons might not be all that bad in SDS where as in most other media they are...

Mileena MadnessGods are usually worse.
One Strip! One Strip! As you've said before Rob but in this case there are things actively going against that.
Judging from what we've seen, his power seems to make him some kinda human sun alongside the stat buffs that occur when his powers activate. Like, his presence actively weakened the king of the vampires, and when Mera ate his soul she literally burned up from the inside due to his "sunlight".
Powers themselves seem to be internal, but only manifest from training and reaching a certain level of personal power, since they wanted to train Arthur so that he could discover his power alongside his own natural fighting talent.
