Genesis. Any system that could do what Ninten-wouldn't tops my list.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatThe PS 2 was pretty cool.
Nintendo Gamecube. It's got everything the N64's got, except better. Plus more.
Though I'm also very much liking my Wii U at the moment. Probably should wait until the next generation before I hand it the title, though.
The good old Windows PC. Upgradable, compatible with almost everything ever, moddable, extremely flexible pricing. Effectively unlimited local storage. A vast array of control interfaces. No proprietary marketplace determining what I can and can't play on it. No need to "jailbreak" it to unlock content not approved by its manufacturer. Has productivity as well as gaming applications.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"PC Master Race FTW, bro.
Dreamcast. I had my best years with that thing.
SA/2, JGR, Soul Calibur, Skies of Arcadia, Grandia 2, Space Channel 5, Project Justice, Cv S 2 and Rayman 2 could satisfy me for life just by themselves. And a spare VMU or two of course LOL. Also add Ho TD 2 and Sonic Shuffle for more fun with friends.

Game Boy Advance. All the charm of the SNES, but with design sensibilities learned in the PS 2 generation.
PS 2. So many great games.
Like Kayeka, I kinda want to say the Wii U as well, but I don't know if it's fair to judge at the present. Still, thinking over all the consoles I've owned (every Playstation system save the PS 4, Game Boy Color and Advance, DS and 3DS, Game Cube and Wii), none of them really stand out quite as much.
Welcome to th:|All time it is the GCN. It had so many great games and it has my favorite controller the Wave Bird.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventurePC all the way.
Join my forum game!As I'm greatly impressed by the stuff they were able to do with it, the NES.
ALL CREATURE WILL DIE AND ALL THE THINGS WILL BE BROKEN. THAT'S THE LAW OF SAMURAI.PS 2 4 teh win bruh
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.You just can't beat a good old Dreamcast. YOU JUST CAN'T.
- EDIT: I just noticed the typo. But you can't be one either. So quit dreaming!

I'm the guy who knows how to make games but doesn't. 3DS FC: 2878-9776-7579But it's always been my dream to be a Dreamcast...
Welcome to th:|The PC is only second because emulation technology isn't perfect. :(
Play Station 2. 95% of all my gaming hours were on that (regardless of playing a PS 1 or PS 2 game), and unlike the PS 3, it has external memory cards, so my lack of internet storage capabilities aren't a hindrance with it.
Shame that my PS 2 is gradually giving up the ghost, though.
PC at the moment.
Xbox 360. Great games, great everything. I love playing awesome games like Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite.
Plus, XBOX Arcade games like Skullgirls and Soul Calibur. Next Gen can wait. I'm fine right now.
"Marth likes just the tip, Lucina likes the whole thing."I like my PC, as it has everything I want to play on it.
However, I liked my N64. Stuff like Oo T, Majora's Mask, Mario 64, etc. They were games I played when I was young, so they remain some of my favorite.
The N64 grew up with it in the late 90's early 2000's played my all-time favorite game "Star Craft 64" on it which got me into RTS games in general.
good times.
The world is inherently chaotic no amount of religion, conspiracy or wishful thinking will change that, accept it, and move on.Gonna have to go with the PC as of now. Yes it's horribly expensive, needs to be upgraded frequently and doesn't always play nice with your software, but the positives far outweigh the negative issues. Mods, emulators, better graphics and performance (if you can afford the extra GPU), your choice of dedicated or public servers, all the multi-role functionality you could want, Steam, the ability to minimize your game screen and look up advice on a FAQ if you're stuck at any time... yeah, in terms of practicality and utility as a gaming rig the PC wins, hands down.
Though if you were to limit it to consoles only... I guess I'd say the Nintendo 64. I've got lots of fond memories of that system, and having over a group of friends to play it on splitscreen was an experience that beats online multiplayer anyday. Smash Bros, Golden Eye, Star Fox 64, Mario Kart 64, Banjo Kazooie, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, Perfect Dark, and Super Mario 64 were all favorites of mine, and a lot of you guys as well I suspect.
I've grown so accustomed to PC that I can't ever go back to consoles.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelPC. Massive library, unparalleled flexibility, can emulate nearly everything up to Wii/DS/PSP thus have even LARGER library than just PC games, modding, yadayadayada...yeah. There's also a lot of genres that just won't work well on consoles...

Give me cute or give me...something?
As of right now, mine is the N64. It's given me the most fun out of any console. I never get tired of Super Smash Bros., Mario Party 2, Starfox 64, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, F-Zero X, and Ocarina of Time.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!
