In honor of the release of Godzilla Resurgence in Japan, here's Inkopolis's version of the Kaiju. Finally, the joke I always wanted to make ever since the release date of Splatoon.

In about 45 minutes, I'll set up my stream if anyone want to squad up with me. I was PLANNING on streaming Yooka-Laylee Toybox, but I haven't gotten my code yet. =(

So, uh, Splatoon portion of my stream is gonna be delayed because I want to stream Yooka-Laylee. Will let you know when the Splatoon portion is on.

Stream's done, but thanks so much to everyone that attended! Hopefully we can get a full room of 8 next time.

I always wanted to be a sniper/charger, but I can never find the right time to do it most of the time. Either we're losing ground on turf or they keep coming after me without giving me time to aim properly or truly practice with sniping (and no, the training ground offers no help as all the targets don't move around). The classical charger I find to be useless most of the time. Have to opt for a classical Squiffer at times, but even then I find sniping to be a bit of a pain.

And it gets worse when I notice another player wants to be sniper. Most of the time, that means we're losing territory a lot quicker than expected.

Splat Charger is overshadowed by the Scoped variants, honestly. That improved reach without the slowness of the E-Liters is impressive.

Squiffers are for the midrange snapshooters who are good at moving and charging their shots.

Bamboozlers are the high-mobility doubletap weapon, virtually guaranteed 2hkos and nigh-instant charging, plus the best mobility while holding the charge.

Myself, I'm more of a Splatling and Brush user.

The scope improves range? Huh.

Also, I just don't have the patience for chargers. I like to get into the thick of things too much.

In other news, I was at a friend's house yesterday and it turns out he preordered the Callie and Marie amiibo set as a birthday present for me. I haven't opened it yet, since I'm moving at the end of August it'll be easier to pack them in their case. Though I might just open them and save the case so I can watch the songs and stuff before I leave.

I've seen some people argue that the scopes hurt situational awareness, and while that's true you're not using scoped weapons right if that's an issue.

Never knew scoped improved reach, i thought it was purely cosmetic for people who liked precision at the expense of field-of-view.

You guys ever been screwed over by a guy super jumping to you when you're hiding from or trying to get the jump on someone? It's so annoying!

I'm probably the more screwing someone else over more often than not.
