The pic was pulled...and after posting, definitely an image macro.

In case anyone wondering. I pulled it and was going to post it here. Then I saw the thread wasn't open for discussion. Old image in post #2 anyway.
Suggestion:
Show this album cover◊ from 2000, accompanied by this album cover◊ from 1978.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! That looks like the one from 2000 is a tribute or cover album rather than something that people thought was new but was really older than they thought.
But I like the concept.... Something like that could work.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Yeah, I've known "We Will Rock You" since well before 2000. Anecdotal, but I'm not sure how much it works as such.
Moon◊Maybe a comparison of these: 1a◊, 1b◊, or this◊ vs the original picture (which still isn't Scarlett Johansson)
OH MY GOD; MY PARENTS ARE GARDENIIIIINNNNGGGGG!!!!!That still isn't quite an example; those are all directly homaging the earlier thing. We need an image showing somebody not realizing that said new thing isn't original.

I just wanted to ask if this pic is an exception to the "no image macro" rule.
