Huh, and doing a brief poke around about the author, it looks like this is an expansion of an earlier 75 page book he wrote about Martin and camp named Bible Camp Bloodbath.

I'm about halfway through. Very, very odd book. I'm starting to wonder if Martin's mother is schizophrenic, the bizarre text of her letters being the result of hallucinations.
