Did "Eurovision Anniversary" completely mangle the French flag, or is it someone else ? (bottom-center-right)

You mean the (constitutional) Kingdom of France I think (which raises more questions than it answers).
The countryball I was looking at was Luxembourg actually. I forgot for a moment it's a French-speaking country.
Worldbuilding is fun, writing is a choreThe constitutional Kingdom of France's use of that flag was done mostly due to the pressure of the revolutionaries (with Lafayette and Mirabeau persuading the King to adopt the colours, in order to gather a political consensus). The Bourbons never really accepted those colours out of free will, since they went back to the white flag with yellow fleur-de-lis after Napoleon got kicked out and they were restored (from 1815 to 1830).
The flag became associated with the French First Republic more than it did with the (constitutional) kingdom due to said kingdom having been very short (less than a year, I think) and with the king and queen trying to escape to Varennes, while the Republic got a longer period of time and a more iconic use.
Russo romantic was great.

... Does Greece really still have unpayed reparations to claim from Germany?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. The legal matter is complicated. Technically Germany paid them some money with the understatement that this would take care of it decades ago, though some past greece governments deemed this only a "down payment".
Another point is that Germany never technically surrendered to Greece. The surrender was to the Ally Powers, and by that argument Greece has no right to claim reparations as technically only "winners" of a war can claim them.
All in all, unless the German Government decides to simply pay, it would probably be quite a long struggle to clear it up in international courts.
That being said, the R word is pretty much used atm in a way more for attention/polemics/etc (on both sides) than actual dealing with it.

"You can reply to this Message!"it's kinda impossible to actually repay everyone that they took over at that time anyway.i believe the allies were the ones that actually helped the countries to recover?
really, even if they did pay, half of it would go to the corruption hole,a quarter of it to military equipment for useless showing off to Turkey, and the last bits to the debt.probably.

The Artifact. Is currently Lazy Hazy. Can I get some background on that second one? I'm a fail on African flags.

Counting from top to bottom: South Africa, Botswana and DR Congo on one side and Algeria, Libya and Lesotho on the other; then, Eritrea, Mauritania (the smiley one) and Zimbabwe.
Oh God, those things. They're pure cancer.
The addition of mouths and pupils completely screws up the unique palet of expressions which is a big part of Polandball's charm.
