Agreed!... precisely because being sexually attractive is not a core merit of the trope... it can enhance it in some circumstances if it is used to hinder her underlings/rivals/and such but, just for picture, being too sexy illustrates something else.
Maybe something as simple as this

Seems more of an Emotionless Girl if her lack of feeling/empathy is the focus of the pic. Though I honestly don't think much of the suggestion since the woman's face doesn't really add anything.

Hm. The last Emma Frost pic looks good, although the more I look at it, the more she seems like smiling to me, and that doesn't fit very well with Ice Queen characteristic. Oliver Mira Armstrong looks well, although not in the last pictures - it seems like she's grimacing a bit too much. Although the first one, maybe?

8.2 may work, but it seems to overlap with too many other tropes, that I'd rather not use it.
