I'm not sure Jadis is a good suggestion, though - she's an overly literal example.
The trope is not about a queen with ice powers/theme, but about a woman with a cold personality. Considering that Jadis is already the page image of that trope, I'd say we leave her out of this to avoid confusion between the two.

Honestly, I'd also like to avoid a literal queen as well. Something like an aloof looking girl with her nose up or something.

My sister mentioned that Cersei from Game Of Thrones is an Ice Queen. Also, even though she has ice powers, Emma Frost looks acidic in every screenshot.

I don't want anyone with ice powers or theme here, since that's got nothing to do with the trope, and with are enough tropes about elements and such, I think it would harm more than help.
Suggestion in third is probably the best one, though I'm not exactly warm to it.

No character or series ever "deserves" to be a page image and thinking like that is a good way to suggest lot of a terrible images. You should be looking for an image that conveys the trope, full stop.

Pardon, but I'm fully aware of that. I was simply noting that Cersei is a very cold person and she deserves the fate of being pictured next to this trope, not that only she can be on the page. It's alluding to an old joke about people's pictures and dictionaries and what-not.

That woman from Game Of Thrones in this and the other picture looks like she's just standing there. She doesn't look cold or frosty or haughty.

Not really crazy about 18 or any of the Hatsumomo examples in 20; the Cersei pic in 20 is decent. 21 is decent for Rich Bitch.

For the record: Emma Frost does not actually have ice powers.
