Discussions button bolded even if there's no discussions

If I can recall, quite a while ago, the page discussions button on each wiki page had a thinner outline if there was no discussions posted inside. However, the button outline seems to be always bolded now, even is there's no discussions, making it impossible to tell if there's no discussions in there now.

Is this fixable?

That issue has been raised in this topic. Don't know if it's going to be fixed or not.
