Hey, they've done it before.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.... so I fear unless it's adult enough to be on Toonami, Disney is a television anime's last chance to be a hit in America. Disney's TV channels are some of the most monitored networks here by executives and cable companies and the most covered by news outlets and get the most merchandise. If it fails THERE, it's screwed.

Occam's Razor, man.
A lot of people, even now, still don't get Disney XD.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Disney XD is a Premium Channel in some places. That's a huge issue for Pokemon fans. Unless it becomes a regular channel, this could really hurt the anime.
Its available on Netflix, Hulu, iTunes and god knows what else? I think it will be fine.
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.Yeah I think Disney considered those when making this move.
Yeah... what he said! I think.
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.I mean Disney is apparently trying to buy Netflix so if they do, they probably don't need to worry.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I will approve of this if it leads to Disney putting all of their old animated TV shows on Netflix. I want to watch Darkwing Duck and Gargoyles.
Otherwise please stop trying to Take Over the World, Mickey.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I just want Hunchback Of Notre Dame and The Nightmare Before Christmas back on Netflix.

Though I feel like if Disney actually buys Netflix it will ultimately result in other Company's and Studios pulling their content after contracts expire.
How long before Mouseketeer hats are mandatory dress?
Still, the trajectory here for Pokemon - going from network TV (where it was at the height of its popularity), to basic cable, to channels in the hundreds that many people don't get... Perhaps it's run its course here in the US. (The games are another matter, of course.)
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."imo the anime ran its course like 15 years ago.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?you're not wrong
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Well, opinions cannot be wrong by design.
Anime never ran its course for me. Always something new and exciting to watch. The movies, however, I felt kind of became bad once the Johto ones were over. Nothing really had the same quality(animation aside) that the previous movies did. The stories were okay at best, and they actually added really stupid Pokemon roles that led to even worse game promotions(like Spiky-Eared Pichu).
Oh yeah, I nearly forgot about the Spiky Ear Pichu! What in the hell was the point of that? Just add some spikey tufts on a Pokemon and BAM! The Pokemon is special!
Wasn't Spikey Eared Pichu introduced in the Short before the 3rd Movie? You know, the Short where Pikachu is lost in the big city and the 2 Pichu's help him navigate it? I also think those Pichu brothers were in Pokemon Channel for the Game Cube.
No, spiky eared pichu was from Arceus and the Jewel of Life
Macron's notesAh, okay.
The problem with Spiky-Eared Pichu was it was completely worthless as a downloadable Pokemon. It had no good moves, couldn't evolve, couldn't learn anything. Wasn't even good casually. That was my main issue with it. I didn't mind it being in the movie as much.
The regular anime downloadable Pokemon are actually worthwhile, at least. Ash-Greninja is amazing, and gives two good Greninja versions available for players.
... so you think the new DC superhero cartoon is CN finally starting to steer action into the right direction again, right?
... they're premiering episodes at 7:30 PM on Saturdays, in the same place as TTG.

As long as said show airs on a spot that no viewer will miss, have a steady a healthy re-run schedule allowing people who missed said episode to see again, and a good amount of marathons giving viewers who wasn't interested before a chance to see what they are missing out on; then all signs will point to yes.
"Good amount of marathons"?
Am I the only one who remembers when marathons of shows were a special thing and not something that happened all the time?
Then again, in those days, Cartoon Network was the Scooby-Doo channel.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Don't forget Tom & Jerry. IIRC, they are still airing episodes/shorts related to that series on Cartoon Network to this day.
Anyway seeing how often Cartoon Network nowadays likes to post marathon blocks of Steven Universe, Teen Titans Go, and Amazing World of Gumball, at this point a show on CN getting a marathon often is a good sign that the network wants to promote the shit out of it.
So if Justice League Action gets a bunch of those marathons that those shows get on a daily basis, then that would mean that Cartoon Network finally change their view on action shows.
Oh such wishful thinking~!

It's also on every schedule in the Internet Archive after this one; and keep in mind these are regular timeslots... would CN's scheduling department really make that many errors?
