Is Chechnya worthy of it's own Other Entities Useful Notes in Europe? The separatist issue, problems they have had with Russia and cultural differences from the rest of Russia make it seem like it could use it's own page.

And seeing as Liberland, Abkhazia, Transnistria, etc. have their own pages, I think it is fair.

If you can write enough content to make a good page then I think whatever you're writing it on is entitled to a page, if you want write enough quality content for a page then the subject thus isn't deserving of a page.

There are still a lot of countries and territories on each of the Continent Useful Notes that need actual entries so they aren't red links anymore.

Ok, serious now. They're saying they're making some sort of a government program to supply people with medication. Time will tell how quickly they'll forget about it.

Maybe we should do a general update of Russia-related Useful notes. The Russians with Rusting Rockets page, for example, needs a section on the Syrian war intervention, probably under a witty title along the lines of "Renovated rocket rampage" or somesuch.

I think at this point we just need to change the title to Russians with Renovated Rockets or something.

All the rust is more or less gone.

Fun fact: the "rusting rockets" article is the only one in the entire Useful Notes: Military section that actually mocks the army it's describing. The rest keep their negativity to a very scholarly tone, even if their subject is an awful trainwreck á la the Saudis.

The Closed Cities Of Russia

The photos are obviously fake. There are no cities in Russia this well-kept.

Still better than China's major cities with infrastructure to support from hundreds of thousands to a couple million inhabitants but as densely populated as Siberia.

I'm sorry, I'm not getting this joke.

No joke, China has a large number of cities that were built recently but have no inhabitance and stand almost fully empty, due to a failure of the central goverment to actually get people to move to the cities.
