There's an episode of Powerpuff Girls where Buttercup gets into a super strength contest with another hero. In the episode, she lifts first a blue whale and then a skyscraper; as seen in this picture montage: [1]

Unfortunately, I don't have clearer images for either scene. If anyone knows where to get a better screen cap, I think it's the clearest example of this trope we're going to get. The episode in question is called "Members Only" (Season 4, Episode 5) and can be found on Youtube, though I unfortunately can't play the video in my country.

P.S.: I found another picture of Buttercup lifting the whale:[2]

[up] That would be great if we can get better screencaps.

Nope, still the current image is the most concise.

I'd be up for a new image on Super-Strong Child. It's not really as clear that she's a child as it should be. It's too subtle.

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.

Yeah, the one is SSC doesn't look like a child, more like a small teenager.

@Adeptrogue: Super-Strong Child is probably a sub-trope of this.

@Rethkir & d Roy: Agreed. Opened a new IP thread for Super Strong Child.
