I thoroughly enjoyed it years past as well
But I already got it so I doubt a rerelease is going to be interesting to me
I got the original(and completed the campaign) but never got the expansion so this does interest me
BTW, is it going to be similar to Age of Empires 2 rerealse on steam? Aka that it has new stuff added to old game?

The game was cute but i felt it didn't totally live up to potential. This is very subjective but i thought the expansion was absolutely terrible and made the game considerably worse.
I always have thought that titans do kinda break the game when the expansion got released.
I now go by Graf von Tirol.Huh. I lost my old disc, so I might buy it.
And I always liked playing Loki.

I got the original game but not the expansion. I have good memories of this game ^^
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.I remember playing the original as a kid, it was great. Never got an expansion, though, and I probably won't get the rerelease because I have too much anime I want to watch.
I totally forget the perks of most of the Major Deities, though, but I think I had fun times with Thor and maybe Poseidon.
It's being rereleased? I have not felt this sense of joy for many a year.
I just used Zeus because LIGHTNING
I preferred Isis, because everybody hates going up against an Isis player.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatStoopid monuments stopping me from using my LIGHTNING
I was too young to actually play against people who knew what they were doing on that note
It was such a missed opportunity for this game that they chose not to put in a pantheon from asia or the americas. I would have loved to see the Mayans or Indians in the game instead of another flavour of greek.
I loved the meteor power xD not so crazy about troop select being limited to 30 units, though.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Yeah, Meteor was awesome. One of my favorite moves was to set off an Earthquake right in the middle of the enemy fortifications.
Hera's Lightning Storm was pretty great too, but I guess Hephaestus had the most awesome of all God powers: infinite bounty on all resources over time.
I liked using the Son of Osaris. If you had good Micro and were lucky to find a relic that gave heroes HP regen the dude wouldn't die if you kept a good eye on him.
Hyped for Hyperdimension Neptunia V 2It's been like a decade since I played the game, what's that again? Some giant unit?
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.The Son of Osiris is a Pharaoh augmented with a god power (forgot what its name is). He sends out chain lightning and is more powerful than your conventional Pharaoh.
I now go by Graf von Tirol.I forget if it was an Osiris or Ra upgrade, but I think there was a way to get two Pharaohs and a Son of Osiris if you used the power on the second Pharaoh.
Ah, right. I bet I was thinking of that Guardian unit that you have to awaken in one of the campaign missions XD
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Son of Osiris is, IIRC, the God Power for Osiris, but one of his researchable upgrades allows to have two Pharaohs at once.
Must have been a Ra upgrade then.
I am reasonably sure it was only available on reaching the Mythic Age, for what that's worth.
Yeah I'm pretty sure there was an upgrade for Osiris allowing him two Pharaohs, which could be combined with the Son of Osiris God Power for the triple monarchy
Think the upgrade was inspired by a Upper and Lower Kingdom practice in Egypt.
Sounds about right.
Well, from what I've heard, there's gonna be a rerelease coming out soon◊, as confirmed in a recent Twitch dev broadcast.
Anyways, I have fond memories of the game. The major gods that I have liked controlling include Hades and Oranos, the latter of which because the sky portals can offer some strategic benefits.
I now go by Graf von Tirol.
