First thing to come to my mind was "Do you trust me?"◊ Of course, we couldn't use both instances like that, and would probably need higher-quality screengrabs...
Second thing to come to mind: Samwise reaching for Frodo in the insides of Mt. Doom erupts from the One Ring melting. No good screengrab, although one particular shot (when Sam says "Give me your hand!", but before "Don't you let go!") could work. It's around about this timecode in the scene.
Moon◊Does the Aladdin pic actually qualify as an example, though? The trope seems to be specifically about the character trying to save someone else from falling.
What came into my mind was that scene in Final Fantasy XIII where Serah is being captured by the government. [1]◊ [2]◊

Clock is set.
I thought this would be a lot easier to find on Google Images. I guess we'll have to get a screencap from something.

Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!3 at wiki size:
That's a huge improvement quality-wise, although I'm not sure if the focus being on the person needing the hand helps it or not.
Well, the description does say that the trope comes to play when a character is about to fall off (or, in @3's case, get taken away) and another character tries to save that person.
I figured that showing the character needing the hand is better than showing the character offering the hand (as is the current) because the latter doesn't show the context as clearly (since they might be offering the hand for other reasons, e.g. helping them climb something)
In that case, I'm good with it.
Re-clocking this one...I think 3's a lot better than the current, from a quality standpoint if nothing else, but we're short on consensus. Any other thoughts?

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Yeah, three is definitely an improvement over the current.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.3 is much better than the current, quality-wise.

The picture on Take My Hand! is a good example, but it's unfortunately rather blurry and artifacted, especially the top half.
It shouldn't be too hard to find a replacement, this trope being rather common....
