Heya, everybody, this is the thread for discussing, sharing, and pimping fanfiction about The Powerpuff Girls! ..... and while I suspect I'm going to regret saying so, I guess that you can discuss, share, and pimp Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z fanfiction here too.
sbj is a pretty great PPG writer. Personally, I'm a little sad that 90 percent of her stuff is shipping the Powerpuff Girls and the Rowdyruff Boys, but since she a) writes the RRB as proper characters, and b) she rocks at it, I can't really complain. My only other criticism is that in some works, she does a bit more angst than I'd like, but the non-angsty stuff - and also the character examination/introspection, which often enough is separate from the shipping - can be well and truly amazing. Highlights include:
One Day. Saying too much would spoil, but it's hilarious. Chapter 2 in particular is a COMF, and chapter 3's about as good.
Losers Go to Cabo: Brick hates children. So he gets to babysit the kids at a holiday party everyone's holding in Mojo's hijacked lab. Hilarity doesn't exactly ensue, but it is pretty great.
Strength: Short but effective examination of Brick.
More Than Human: Okay, I haven't actually read it yet, but I've heard good things about it.
Falsely Accused, by Tonifranz, also looks interesting, if the first chapter is enough to judge by.
Anybody else have fics they'd like to recommend?

Currently, I'm in the planning stages for a crossover of PPG and Mahou Sensei Negima. It primarily takes place in Negima, but still features most of the PPG villains unchanged from their canon selves. Since there's a timeskip between The Powerpuff Girls' Glory Days (when they were kindergarteners, as seen in the show) to when they're attending Mahora in the present, during which the supervillains have not particularly been doing much... I'm wondering if anybody has some advice for what's been keeping the villains from causing trouble. Particularly regarding the Gangreen Gang, since I've already got Princess, Him, and possibly Mojo and Fuzzy sufficiently dealt with.
