Atom Smasher, Tar Pit, Geomancer died to a cop but the Flash still fought him in public.
Pretty sure Tar Pit and Geomancer are alive.
Geomancer just awkwardly stumbled off to the side, he didn't die. I don't where he is, though.

Tar Pit might be dead, might not. He's in a similar position as to Sand Demon in that the way they left him could be fatal if the writers decide it is. King Shark is the same way, but Barry didn't do that.
Sand Demon and Atom Smasher are definitely dead, and both were people the public knew the Flash was going after before they disappeared. Turtle is dead as the result of Barry's actions, though the public wasn't as aware of him and it was Harry who did the deed.

We're getting an episode with King Shark so he's still alive for now and rechecking the episode Tar Pit was okay prior to being knocked out by Joe.
I wonder if they brought Harry's little speed stealing device? Stick that to Zoom while in freefall or some such and while running drain him dry.

Actually, I'm shocked no one suggested that after Harry fessed up about what he did.

Maybe not. It looked like that trailer was made up of clips from scenes from the rest of the season. I saw Diggle and Lila, which means they used clips from the return of King Shark episode.
We might get an answer to the ARGUS situation when Diggle, Lyla, and Thea show up.
It's going to be interesting to see those characters without Oliver and the others.
