1) Ice Queen is a super trope that could mean a whole lot of different things, I don't think it could be summarized by an image. It's a personality thing, not just being An Ice Person (female), which is all an picture of Elsa would be. The goal of page images is to help describe the trope, not just be a picture of an example.
2) In the context of IP, "suggestion" means "an image", not "an idea". This is not an image suggestion.

Since the page specifically says to put examples on the subtropes, I'm good to leave the page without a pic.

Just noticed that the trope for Ice Queen doesn't have an image and figured one of the pictures of Elsa from Frozen that we have would work fine.
