I didn't even realize that it was the inverse of the image for God. It's a rather strange image, to be honest. I'm not very fond of it.

Please update whenever an image is changed.I didn't notice it either given someplace in that ether amongst everything else is a Grandpa God but I figure doubling down on a bad image through a weak pun just so there's something on the right side isn't such a good idea. It's not Image Pickin' At Any Cost As Long As It Relates.

&: Now that I've had some time to sleep on it, I can see both of your perspectives as to why the current picture wouldn't really work and how it is in fact too "busy". At the same time though, wouldn't that also apply to the current image for the God trope?
I still vote for the idea that the Anti-God image should be at least in some way connected to the God trope image, as it does make some thematic sense to have the two be similar or the same-yet-different. Until we can find a better picture though (both for the Anti-God and the God trope), I vote we keep it as is. EDIT: That, or provide an Image Links section to the trope like with the God trope, so as to give further examples of what an "Anti-God" might actually look like.

Bump for votes.
Keep current. I am not a big fan of the grand pa already on God but we have already had that one voted down and Fast Eddy vetoed that discussion. So if the grandpa is good enough for God, it is good enough for Anti-god. And no, grandpa but bigger is not a better suggestion (though I would be open to a truly better picture, I say keep this one until such a proposal arises).
That's why he wants you to have the money. Not so you can buy 14 Cadillacs but so you can help build up the wastesWell, this is going nowhere. As I said, I dislkike the current. And I'm fine with either my suggestion or nothing over it. It's just too hard to tell what's going on. God is too out of focus to really see anything meaningful. At least in the suggestion, you can see his face.

Agreed; I don't mind using the image negative gag but the pic on God is so busy that the negative is very nasty-looking.
Which is exactly why I started this thread. An image that takes too long to understand is bad. The current is God-awful. I don't know why it has so much support.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.I blame Eddie, he vetoed that terrible pic for God and failing to come up with anything better, we chose to have the inverted version of it on The Anti-God because... quantum, I don't know what the rationale is. Like I said earlier, it's better to have no image than a terrible one and we shouldn't go with the bad one for lack of other options and that we really need a pic there right now yes really.

I am a human and can see the anti god just fine. In fact he looks a lot more powerful and godly than the grandpa on go does. On the other hand, anti god and his anti angels don't look especially foreboding or evil (I suppose there is no particular reason why it should be, so that alone should not qualify it as a bad image, just not one I personally prefer)
But it gets inverse of God across pretty well.

Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
As the one who originally created the current picture, I do think that it's better to keep the current one, rather than replace it. As "busy" as it might be, so too is the original God picture. Considering that the whole point of the Anti-God trope is that it's supposed to be about an Anti-version of God (or whatever replacement you prefer), I think it's fitting to have the page picture be the color inversion of the God trope's own picture (if not just to tie it back to the God trope, then also because it does make for a good visual pun).
