Both? I was leaning toward just the first, personally. Just the second as backup, if the first's a little too squicky for some people (although Raiden here has Barbie Doll Anatomy, the game just does a good job of hiding that fact).

1 is fine on its own. Keep it simple.
He's running around in his birthday suit. I don't think dialog spelling it out is necessary.
Also, while I've never gotten this far in MGS2, I think this is around the point where your allies start going haywire ("I need scissors! 61!", etc). Anyone who has played this segment, feel free to correct me.
