It's a pretty long comic page scan, no real clue what's going on as the dialogue is illegible and the panels have to tell all the story (the caption tells us very little besides the names of the folk in the second panel) which I don't think is the same one the trope is telling. Calling for a pull, will try and find something later.

Horrible pic for multiple reasons; definitely needs replacement.

Dialogues are not really needed that much, sequential art does the job. The Flying Brick girl attacks the guy with long hair and evil tatoos (t's not that hard to figure out who's the good guy and who's the bad guy). She gaves him a lecture, next to a school of Apathetic Citizens. Red Eyes, Take Warning, atomic explosion, the children get caught in the ground zero, the atomic mushroom grows... is it really so hard to understand what's going on? Besides, it's Civil War, almost the Trope Codifier of this trope.

Yep.

[up][up] If the text isn't legible, then the pic's entire point is shot out of the saddle...my eyesight's pretty good and that's almost completely illegible to me. Also, it's overlarge, and assuming familiarity with any work is never a good idea.

I don't have an Enhance Button, so I support the pull.

Something else I noticed...in the panel where Nitro's eyes are glowing, he's speaking in Spanish.

Didn't know what the trope was about before checking the description. Image doesn't work for me.

Here's a couple of captures from The Dark Knight Returns of Bartholomew Wolper, a TV psychologist who's convinced that Batman is the root cause of all of Gotham's problems with crazy criminals.

Kinda word-heavy, not entirely legible and it does need all four panels which I doubt would work at wiki size even if they're stacked.

Better we don't replace a long image where dialogue isn't easy to read with another image with the same issues.

[up] That's two separate pics, not one four-panel pic. The wordiness does bug me, but I didn't see a more succinct way to capture the concept in the examples. I actually think the second panel of the first one could work on its own.

Alternately, the text from one of those or the webcomic example on the page could work in place of the current page quote and we could just go without a pic.

Maybe from the original, the second, fourth, and final panel together could work?

Heroic looking girl hits villainous looking guy into bus, he stands there looking more villainous, then big kaboom. I'd just white out the text in the proposed middle panel because that's not important, but the Red Eyes, Take Warning is.

Light Is Not Good, and Dark Is Not Evil.

I really can't tell which character is supposed to be good, based on the costumes, because the two use the same colours (white, blue, and red), the male simply has darker tones.

With this thread pointing out that it's from Civil War, that makes it worse, as I'm not a comicbooks nerd (I'm other kinds of nerd), but I know that the Civil War was supposed to have Grey Vs Gray morality. The original picture only shows two supers fighting.

As far as I can tell, the standing image is only vaguely related to the trope (as is the page quote, incidentally). I say pull it, even without a replacement.

The clock is way up on this one. Consensus is to pull it, so it's gone and the page is tagged; locking up.
