I've noticed some visuals acting strangely today.

There is a gray highlight and stacking effect on the frames for page history as shown here.
The icons aren't showing up on my watchlist or the recent edits list.
This may be intentional, but all the buttons with normally rounded edges turned rectangular.

There may be some others but these are the ones I've noticed.

I'm in Internet Explorer.

I get that gray highlight/stacking effect in IE as well; I haven't noticed the other issues.

No issues on my end (Chrome and Safari).

I don't get any of that in IE
