That title works, but it doesn't get the full effect of the trope across...trying to succinctly describe the effect could be difficult.
Porky Pig is known more for having a speech impediment than trying to use a big word and using an easier one instead anyway.
The trope seems to be about repeating words when you are trying to be blunt - kind of.

It's about aborting a failed attempt at saying a word due to stutter or not knowing how to say it by using another word instead.
